Rolando’s Food Truck is one of my favorite places to go eat with great customer service an family oriented business hands down the best food Truck I ever been to.

The birria is so delicious. I take the green hot sauce and add it to the consommé along with a squeeze of lime. I add more lime
Juice to the tacos themselves as well and it’s heavenly bliss after that.
