I recently attended a Disaster Preparedness Class hosted by Seed to Soul Food that included a dinner consisting of macaroni and cheese stuffed catfish, carrot soufflé, small salad, fruit drink, and bread. It was absolutely delicious. The stuffed catfish is a favorite. The portions were more than ample. Friendly professional service in a comfortable atmosphere. This sweet lady cooked us some delicious food! We can definitely recommend the stuffed fish and mac and cheese. The green beans and cabbage is amazing as well (I’m talking mouth watering). It’s healthy, home cooked southern food. The people there are so incredibly nice. This is a lovely place to eat or take food to go.

Nothing short of excellent in all aspects of Seed to Soul Food. A prayer of thankfulness at the beginning of offering certainly deserves a prayer at the end. You in leave with a full stomach, a warm heart and new friend. All good for the soul.
