The customer service is amazing. I was coming from Houston traveling to dallas and the team and manger was awesome, about 2 pm they welcomed me and my family with freshly made and the wait was not long at all.. Shout out to dew texas !!

Store hours online say open till 10 pm. Like every sonic ever. walk in at 8:55 pm and they say they are closed . Last time I wash here the food was trash anyways. Wendy’s is across the highway. Would recommend.

It says your open till 10pm, truck drivers get in late like tonight I got in around 9pm, tried to go in and get sonic but you already closed, if you close before 10pm then change the hours of operation on your site

Ordered a supersonic burrito without meat combo with a strawberry limeade. They tried to charge me $18 for that. I said that doesn't seen correct, he adjusted something to bring it down to $12 and some change. What I got from them and discovered down the road was tater tots smothered in cheese sauce wrapped in a burrito. Literally all it was. For $12 freaking dollars. I tried to call and complain, got a full voice mailbox that disconnected the call. Don't stop here. Take your chances further down the highway.

So I got there at 9::20 and the young man told they were close. I ask him what you close he at 10 pm but they had to clean. That's why were not taking any orders. Well I feel sorry for the person who owns it I guess they are going to be closing ever. Poor management.
Workers are sagging pants. Management doesn’t care about anything. If you complain, a worker will argue with you and want to physically fight you. Stay away from this place until they switch management.Update: Called corporate to explain everything right after the situation. Was told the District Manager would give me a call. Been 2 weeks and nothing.

Horrible service. It’s a bunch of teenagers that don’t greet you, scream in anger when you pull up, don’t follow instructions and give you the wrong order EVERY time. I have worked in customer service for 18 years and I’m disgusted by the employees behavior and demeanor. The Road Ranger gas station gives better service than this place. If your employees don’t care about their job and the customers then management needs to CARE more on who they hire. I’m here as we speak witnessing more and the employees anger that JUST made a customer drive off! Honestly, this was the LAST shot I was giving this location. To the guy who is working drive thru at 5:30pm on 4/18/2024…. He should be fired. Unprofessional to scream and be angry when a customer pulls up!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars!

The 3 Women working last night (December 11th) were phenomenal!! From the Welcoming to the Friendly Demeanor, the staff were eager to help and serve us from the moment we walked in. We ordered 2 Super Sonic Cheese Burgers and 2 Medium Chili Cheese Tots. The food we received was the freshest we've received all month from everywhere else. The Chili Cheese Tots were perfection!! The Cheese Burgers were Amazing and made exactly to order!! The atmosphere in the place was extremely welcoming!! I've never been inside a Restaurant Sonic, but now I feel like I've been missing out!! The 3 Ladies working the store last night deserve a raise and they are worth everything this store is paying them plus more!! We only eat out once a week at most when we are in the truck, and this meal was worth every single penny we spent!! Thank you and Merry Christmas Ladies!!
