“I found Cookies Place accidentally. It’s a good 40 minute drive for me, but well worth it. I first had their double meat cheeseburger. It was the best burger I had in 5 years. I t was so good I dragged friend & neighbors. My neighbor & I made the pilgrimage before a planned night of beers with friends. We both opted for the chicken fried steak. I did mashed potatoes with gravy & green beans. It was good enough for me to take time for a review.”

“I had dinner at Sam's Restaurant in Fairfield, Texas, today and was very fortunate to have had the sweetest, courteous, friendliest and knowledgeable waitress by the name of Alana. Her presence was warm and delightful. We met her mother and sister that are also employed there, Ariana and Cas, and they too were as sweet and courteous as Alana. I will be returning there as it is a wonderful place to eat and the food is delicious.”

“I’ve been broke down in the truck lot next to this place for a couple days now and I’ve eaten there 4 times. The food is extraordinary and the staff are amazing and attentive as can be. Everything is great but the crawfish. Didn't taste great and dang near impossible to peel. Almost every one that I tried to peel, ripped in half and turned to mush in my fingers. Crab and shrimp are top notch though.”

So many things in our world are constantly changing (and most not for the better) it is so nice to be able to go to Dairy Queen and take our grandkids and have the delicious foods that I have eaten my whole life.
