OMG! The BEST fries I have had in 30 years! Sal has high quality Tallow in his deep fryer and it produces the most amazing fries! No taste of oil, only crispy potato!
The Salmon salad was also fantastic, with a Honey Citrus dressing on mixed greens with sun-dried tomatoes, slivered onions, and a beautiful grilled fresh salmon fillet. The Shawarmas are legendary! I have had them in Saudi Arabia and the other Middle East Countries and Sal's has them all beat!

My husband & I came across a post on Facebook about Sals. We decided to try it. The owners were awesome. They were very informative about the menu. We had the mozzarella sticks. They were huge & were the best we have ever had. We also had the gyro, oh my. Definitely worth the $ you pay. It was so good. Yes, it's in a gas station, but don't let that stop you from trying it out. highly recommend. You will be happy you did. We definitely will be back.
