Isaiah took my order and everything was just perfect. Sweet lady that made my burger made it just right. Loved the extra pickles and extra onions. The chili is the busiest I've ever had. And the sweet lady that made my salad was kind and I was impressed at everyone's industriousness, yet very engaging.
We eat at this Wendy’s often—food is good, clean restaurant, usually friendly staff. But today, the manager’s attitude made it clear customer service wasn’t a priority.
We had a coupon for 2 chicken combos for $12. After she “helped” process it, the total was $12.60. I asked why—because on a tight budget, 60¢ matters. She shrugged, walked away, and didn’t fix it. No explanation. No apology.

I picked up an order for 5 people and nothing was missing, with my luck sometimes, that was a win for me. Everything was well packaged and so good! I have only gotten the crispy chicken sandwich, but I decided on one of their value burgers this time (believe it was the double stack) and WOW, I was thoroughly impressed and happy.
