We planned a surprise party for about 22 people. The wait staff did an amazing job keeping up with all of our needs. Our drinks were never empty and the food was punctual. Chef John made us feel incredibly important, and his food was delicious. But his New York style cheese cake and his key lime cheese cake were exquisite! The perfect finishing touch to a fabulous time.

Stopped by 3 West Alehouse & Grill on a Saturday and tried the crawfish étouffée their Saturday special and I was blown away! It tasted like it came straight out of Louisiana. All the flavor was there rich, bold, and perfectly seasoned. You could taste the love and authenticity in every bite. The crawfish were cooked just right, and the sauce had that comforting, soulful Cajun kick.
I also tried their boudin balls, and they were just as impressive crispy on the outside, flavorful and savory on the inside. A perfect appetizer to set the tone for an amazing meal.

I am now a regular here and come to see Chelsey the bartender. She is a great bartender and is very knowledgeable. Today I got to try the Boudin balls as an appetizer and they were delicious. I am very picky and this will be a hit once on the menu. Chef John is a fabulous cook and very personable. He cares about his work and wants the best for the customers. I tried the queso and the freshness and spicy is a great combination! This has greatly improved day by day! Highly recommend.

This place has been delicious after multiple visits. Can’t wait to get back in now that they’ve opened up after the tornado damage.
I ask if they had fried shrimp they said no. But the chef john came out and said he would make it for me and it was amazing. PLEASE put this on the menu. Staff was amazing. Very friendly

The lamb burger was great and very satisfying, as was the service (my waitress was Kenzi and she was very friendly and attentive). The only thing missing is happy hour, that would’ve made this 5 stars for sure! We need happy hour!

Service was good, we had Dani, and the manager was fairly helpful and seemed to care. Our issue was the food.
We ordered: Shredded BBQ Pork Loaded Fried - these were okay, some bites were super salty.
Napa Burger w/ salad - patty was small and fat, and didnt fit the ciabatta bun at all. Very salty, and there was an overwhelming burnt char taste. Was very disappointed for an $18.00 burger. Salad had some pieces that werent just wilted, but decayed brown slimey leafs. They brought my burger out and completely forgot the side salad, had to ask for it. And they charge for ranch for the salad...odd.
Pork Sliders - got these to go, haven't tried them yet.
Manager gave us a discount on our food, but it still cost $90.00 (granted, we ordered 4 beers). For the price, we are disappointed.
Lots of room for improvement, and I hope to go back and try again sometime, but right now they need to make some changes.

Beautiful restaurant, glad to see it open after a terrible tornado last year. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I've seen the chef and owner greet guests a time or two, great people. Paid around $50 for 2, including apps and main. I've been here twice since reopening, and I will be back again.
