My husband picked 3west for our date night and it was amazing, I had a chance to meet with the chief and OMG John was sure an awesome guy his food tasted great from the seasoning to the homemade fries. Honestly the best in Temple

We planned a surprise party for about 22 people. The wait staff did an amazing job keeping up with all of our needs. Our drinks were never empty and the food was punctual. Chef John made us feel incredibly important, and his food was delicious. But his New York style cheese cake and his key lime cheese cake were exquisite! The perfect finishing touch to a fabulous time.

Stopped by 3 West Alehouse & Grill on a Saturday and tried the crawfish étouffée their Saturday special and I was blown away! It tasted like it came straight out of Louisiana. All the flavor was there rich, bold, and perfectly seasoned. You could taste the love and authenticity in every bite. The crawfish were cooked just right, and the sauce had that comforting, soulful Cajun kick.

I also tried their boudin balls, and they were just as impressive crispy...
