I have downgraded my review. Some of the new employees are less than friendly. Lots of young people don't even know how to talk to you or look you in the eye friendliness goes a long way in customer service! 1st impressions are lasting. The chick with the pink hair was less than friendly. Socially awkward. Not even a smile

Went there today with my sister for the friendship bracelets. We got there anout 6:45ish and was told bracelets were going out at 7am on the dot. Okay that's fine. I got the strawberry dipped cold brew, and it was the worst tasting cold brew I have ever had. We went thru the line again at 7am and ordered two drinks for our parents and got one bracelet. When I brought up how I did not like the taste of the cold brew as it tasted way too watered down. I was told they dont remake/exchange any drink unless it taste bad/expired. I would assume watered down cold brew would be in that category but the purple haired girl was not willing to budge so we just got the two drinks. Pulling up to the area where the workers are the music is sooo loud I rolled up my windows. There was a lot of messing around and groups of kids talking. I asked if my drink could be thrown away since I wasn't going to drink it but was told they cant take 'trash' from vehicles. That upset me because it just made it seem like they already knew it wasn't good and didnt want to bother to at least remake it. They were not busy at all. I tried to give it a chance but I will be keeping my business with Dutch Bros as they have always made situations right and go above and beyond to help.

Always friendly. Always fast… I enjoy the music and fun atmosphere. The coffee is the best. Nice and smooth and you get more for your money than the other two options for coffee (I won’t mention names). Smooth 7 with chocolate drizzle is the best!!

6-7 Employees playing around, shotgunning energy drinks, 10 minutes to get a coffee. One other vehicle there that ordered after me and got their drinks before me. Guess I'm looking for a new coffee stop... 🥴
Don’t go here. Just drive to Dutch. Service is stupid, no menu’s displayed. No images with the coffees, they didn’t even know what coffee it was in the pictures either. Very hesitant to give recommendations, lack of knowledge of the products they were providing. They looked horrible too, presentation their hair wasn’t even brushed and looked like they had just gotten out of bed. Dutch Bro’s is way better! Right down the street, they ask you how your day’s been and have a whole conversation with you and give you compliments and inspirational quotes and a great smile to get the day started! I went to the 7Brew in Manor and was impressed but truthfully, honestly, exponentially everything in Temple sucks except for the Dutch Bro’s off 35! SO DONT GO HERE! Go to Dutch!

My first time at 7 brew and a girl came up to me to take my order. I immediately told her I’m new and unsure of what I want, asked if they have decaf coffee. Her entire demeanor came off like she was rushing me and very rude. She asked me what flavor drink I wanted but with attitude I’ve never been treated this way before. I drove up and she yelled something it sounded like “thank god”? And immediately ran inside. Now I’m scared to drink my coffee because I’m over here thinking she spit in it. lol I probably won’t be back to this location because of this young girls attitude unfortunately. Tried to call the store to speak with management and it went to VM. I don’t want to waste any more energy on this so I will leave my complaint here. We all have bad days, but in customer service you need to treat everyone with respect. I understand it is pretty cold out today. But again I don’t feel like I deserved the attitude she gave me in the 3 mins of our interaction was necessary.
