Ordered threw the drive through asked for a lemonade then someone completely different chimed in an asked do I want a fountain lemonade of old fashion lemonade cought me off guard the other person came back to finish the order, didn't realize till we got it we never decided what size and they gave us a small was in a rush so I said forget it I'll take the small.

My husband and I tried to steal a lunch out two meals cost me over $36 because of upgrades. I'm not saying that because I can't afford it I'm saying that because please understand this is still a $40 meal for two individuals even if we are driving through a fast food restaurant. We waited for almost 15 minutes to receive our food in the Drive-Thru. I requested three times to have Bronco Berry sauce with our large upgraded meal jalapeno poppers X2 when they delivered our food they were in a hurry and so eere we. Once down the road we begin unloading to eat before we had to be back to work. There were no napkins in the bags there were no Bronco Berry sauce with the jalapeno poppers (I won't eat them without it. That was a waste of $) the food was fresh and delicious (besides not being able to eat my jalapeno poppers) next time instead of waiting I wish they would just let us know that they don't have an item prepared and there will be a wait and please double check sauces.

Pulled up to drive-thru at 10:30ish waited a while no one answered or said hello. Pulled around to go inside since no one would answer even after us saying "hello?" Went inside and the 2 employees working one was sitting in a booth watching a show on her phone and the other was standing in the kitchen doorway talking to her. She seemed very uninterested and kind of mad about the fact that i came inside after not getting an answer at drive-thru and didnt just go away. I ordered brought the food home. Roast beef on the 2 dips is over cooked, barely any dip sauce for the Swiss dips, booth employee made the sandwiches and then went right back to sitting in the booth with show on full volume. 2 people were left to sit in driv-thru while I was inside ordering.
This location was empty, the person to take the order was busy, np we waited, when she came out to get our order she was on her phone really np, the fact that she didn't even acknowledge us, we gave out order she continued acting as if we were a hindrance and wanted us to leave, if we hadn't already ordered we would of left. When she called us for the order she just put it on the counter and walked off. This whole time there were no other customers. If this is the 1st face you see and have to deal with then I understand the absence of customers. Basically if you are not wanting to be at work then don't. Sorty to say won't be going to this business again.
