Can't say my order didn't get to the restaurant because of the WiFi problem. I went inside and the girls said she couldn't help me because it was a app order. I showed my phone where I've been trying to pay and order my food. She couldn't be bothered to ask the manager for help didn't care. So I went down the street to Whataburger and got my lunch. I tried for two days to get the food I wanted. They do have good sandwiches when you can get one!!

Tried twice. Both times my order was incorrect through the drive up windows. Not impressed. Ordered regular roast beef and got a beef and cheddar.
Probably one of the best experiences I have had in a while at any restaurant. I was happily greeted by numerous employees as soon as I walked in. The young lady that took my order was very nice and efficient. The food was piping hot and served very fast. Oh and this Arby’s still has my classic favorite side, potato cakes. Great job all around!

Had the new Philly cheesesteak sandwich and brisket sandwich. Both were delicious and filling. Customer service was great and helpful. I will most definitely go back.

Went to Arby’s around 10:30pm the online shows they close at 11pm. When driving by we seen two female workers on was at the counter the other in a booth. We waited and no one answered the speaker box. When we pulled around they still didn’t come to the window. We pulled around to see inside and they was gone. So they intentionally ignore us. The least they could have did was tell us that they closed early or something instead of ignoring us and running to hide is pretty pathetic of them to do.

When using the rating for fast food, this Arby's is a 5/5. Friendly staff, consistent food and a warm/comfy atmosphere to boot. Just bring a jacket, they keep it cold in there!
