I just went to Bahama Bucks at 9pm today, Monday September 29, and they were extremely rude! First, they up-charged us on a drink, lying and saying we had to get a 32oz Then, on top of that, they didn’t even give us the regular sno — instead of being piled high like it’s supposed to be, the sno cone was just flat to the rim of the cup. To top it off, we got a yogurt bowl and they didn’t even add the toppings that are supposed to come with it. Honestly, what did I even pay for? I’ll be reporting this and calling it in and requesting a refund .

I had a delicious Strawberry Freezecake shake today at this Bahama Bucks location. It was my first time inside the building and it was very clean and friendly inside. The staff crew was kind and very knowledgeable about the products. Next time I will be trying the new Blue Colada Bowl or Smoothie!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in to order a Jr. Cooler of snow and was told I had to order online, then come back in an hour—even though there was no line and they weren’t busy at all. Very disappointing service.
We loved the açaà smoothie!. Beautiful place, very creative decor. 💯 Recommended.

Delicious snow ones! The ice quality is great—it doesn’t melt quickly, making it perfect to enjoy. You can refreeze it, and it does retain its original texture and consistency. Highly recommended!
This place is amazing! i came in 5 mins after opening and redeemed my free sno thingy i got a coconut flavor and the lady let me sample it!! Great service will come again! Not to mention didn’t take long and it came out really pretty

I used to love coming here. Low and behold, either the scanner again does not work or Vanessa did not know how to run the register.
Lost out on my coupon for a free sno and I will not return to lose out on more.
Oh, no receipt either for whatever reason the machine at the walk in counter was not printing.
The ice is amazing but when ordering the same thing everytime I go there it is different everytime. No consistancy.
