Ordered online 2 scoops. When I showed up they said they're out of both flavors. I tried to substitute 6 other flavors just to be told they're out of those as well. They had 5 flavors in stock. There's a reason this location has a one star review. Useless. 31 flavors my š«
Absolutely terrible. Ordered a banana split. And all I got was chocolate and vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce on it. Donāt know if they donāt care or are just incompetent. Either way they didnāt even care to make it correctly. This place is trash

Hmmmā¦.That was something!! 2 items took upwards of 20 mins. I even got my shake spilled on me when I was handed through the window! No apology or napkins. I am confused on what just happened. Buyers beware!!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences Iāve had. When I asked for a second to check my phone for the drink order, the drive-through employee yelled at me for ātaking too long.ā I ended up with the wrong order and missing items. I was also told to go to the next window, but when I did, the staff got upset as if it were my fault. Completely unprofessional behavior. After working 16H in the ER I shouldnāt have to tolerate this. Very disappointed.
No waffle cones no hot fudge. Be to this location 3 times in one month. Be coming to basking robbing for 20 years ask employee for corporate phone number, she told me she did not have,asked if their was a manager, response. Was from an employee working at dunking donute. He stated that they were waiting for new equipment. I'm looking for new location or different ice cream shop all together........
Ordered the flower ice cream cake to feed 8-12 people and was able to get 9 decent, evenly cut pieces. The cake was stale cardboard and the ice cream was just alright. The icing was greasy and gross. The price was awful.

We went around 8:40. They had flavors in every spot. They had the 4 flavors we were after. The service was efficient and friendly. I do think that the store needs some better care from the staff. Simple things like name tags for the different flavors. I counted 7 tubs with no label showing the flavor. Most of the tubs need their sides scraped. That should be ongoing throughout the day. The freezers looked well beyond the point of needing defrosting. The store just needs some work on neatness and cleanness. We love BR and will be back. We just think they could do better.
Luckily heās five and wasnāt super concerned butā¦that was a $50 cake
Disappointed - every ice cream flavor I asked for they were out. Finally settled on strawberry and asked for a waffle bowl which they were also out. The cone tasted five days oldāsuper stale. Asked for napkins⦠they didnāt have any.

Zero stars. There was no ice cream in an ice cream shop. Should have read the reviews before. Seems to be a common trend.
Every time Iāve gone theyāve been out of flavors. I did an online order and they were out of the flavor I chose.
We have gone 5 times with our kids, every time we go they have less and less ice cream. The last time we went they had 8 to choose from and none were regular flavors. There are way better places in Temple or Belton. We are done trying, donāt waste your time or money.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst BR location ever. The staff was beyond rude and spent their time only speaking to each other through the headset. On another occasion, I ordered ahead 3 different kinds and they were out of each one of them. I have given them multiple chances and they have been rude and out of most ice cream flavors.
Incredibly dirty. Everything in place needs to be cleaned and sanitized. Will not return.
