Zero stars! This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Horrible customer service, we have tried on several different occasions to give them a chance and they get worse every time. This time I ordered 3 ice cream cups online for pick up.. when I got there the girl says “we didn’t make your stuff, we don’t have the ice cream.” I looked around and thought about possibly trying something in store that they did have but everything had nuts and was not appealing; plus I know it would have cost much less than what I paid because I added multiple 99cent toppings. I asked her if we could possibly do a refund and she said yeah do you have the card? When she was done totaling the refund it was only $20 and I had paid $28.64. I told her what I paid and I showed her and she said, well we don’t charge for toppings, they are included here but online they charge. I said yes and I paid for the toppings so how can I get refunded for the remaining 8? I showed her a breakdown and she added several items on to count towards the refund but she still could not give me what I had already paid. I ended up paying several dollars and wasted a trip for nothing. I still said “thank you for your help” and she didn’t even respond. Beyond rude. Of the other times we have been, this store has never had the ice cream or the bananas or toppings. Horrible!

Went in at 7pm and they were out of a lot of ice cream and only had a couple of cones. Staff was not very friendly. Standing at the counter to by drinks after ice cream when the employee working that side picked up her phone and went to the back. We had to wait until the employee working the ice cream side to make 3 cones and a banana split to order our drinks. Second time I have been there and they are out of everything.

Freddy's had a line wrapped around the building, so we decided to give BR a try. The waffle cone was decent, but the daiquiri ice cream had a chemical flavor. The hot fudge sundae was underwhelming. The hot fudge was not hot, the toppings were minimal, and the flavors were just not good. The staff did not seem friendly. The glass around the outside is still broken from the tornado 3 months ago. The DD fall drink menu sounds good, but we won't bother to go back. I can see why this place is so dead.

Save your time and money! Ordered an ice cream cake and got the saddest ice cream cake I’ve ever seen! Nothing like the picture and paid extra for candles that we didn’t get.
Had to go buy another cake for my son’s birthday. Freezing Point was great!
Paid $70 for that mess.

An ice cream shop that NEVER has ice cream!!! Every single time we’ve attempted to patronize this establishment, we’ve been nothing but disappointed. The last time and FINAL time we visited here, we were met with “We don’t have much available “ as we were shown a huge freezer with 2 tubs of ice cream in it!!! What’s the point of even being opened? Such a waste of space!!!

Stopped in 45 minutes before closing and they had put away all of the ice cream except a very few flavors and seemed very irritated that we were there. Said they couldn’t make a milkshake because they had already cleaned everything up. We drove 30 min to get there after looking online and it stating they were open until 10. If you’re closed then just close. Don’t stay open but have nothing to serve your customers.

We have tried to order delivery from this location probably 4-5 times over the last couple of months. Not one single time has our order been correct. Most times what we want is out so they call to get options. Every single time something is wrong with our order.
