Be coming to basking robbing for 20 years ask employee for corporate phone number, she told me she did not have,asked if their was a manager, response. Was from an employee working at dunking donute. He stated that they were waiting for new equipment. I'm looking for new location or different ice cream shop all together........

Ordered the flower ice cream cake to feed 8-12 people and was able to get 9 decent, evenly cut pieces. The cake was stale cardboard and the ice cream was just alright. The icing was greasy and gross. The price was awful. Never again.

We went around 8:40. They had flavors in every spot. They had the 4 flavors we were after. The service was efficient and friendly. I do think that the store needs some better care from the staff. Simple things like name tags for the different flavors. I counted 7 tubs with no label showing the flavor. Most of the tubs need their sides scraped. That should be ongoing throughout the day. The freezers looked well beyond the point of needing defrosting. The store just needs some work on neatness and cleanness. We love BR and will be back. We just think they could do better.

Disappointed - every ice cream flavor I asked for they were out. Finally settled on strawberry and asked for a waffle bowl which they were also out. The cone tasted five days old—super stale. Asked for napkins… they didn’t have any.

We have gone 5 times with our kids, every time we go they have less and less ice cream. The last time we went they had 8 to choose from and none were regular flavors. There are way better places in Temple or Belton. We are done trying, don’t waste your time or money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst BR location ever. The staff was beyond rude and spent their time only speaking to each other through the headset. On another occasion, I ordered ahead 3 different kinds and they were out of each one of them. I have given them multiple chances and they have been rude and out of most ice cream flavors.

Don't buy a cake here unless you want black hair in it. We didn't check before we left but noticed it when we got home. Didn't even open the box. Tried to give a lesser refund than what i originally paid juat 2 hrs prior. Staff was rude and accused us of doing it. Funny when in returned the whole box unopened. Called foe mge. They are never there. Faat forward went 2 more times they are oit of the same ice cream choices. Nothing hard mint chip and chocolate peanut butter. Call today waa told they dont have a mgr right now. young kid says he is mgr on duty

Every time I think this BR might have improved, I’m disappointed again. They never have chocolate waffle cones or are often out of the flavors I want. I have actually been there more than once when they weren’t selling ice cream. Today, no chocolate waffle cones and out of the flavor I wanted. I don’t plan on going there anymore - too frustrating!

Zero stars! This place needs to be shut down ASAP. Horrible customer service, we have tried on several different occasions to give them a chance and they get worse every time. This time I ordered 3 ice cream cups online for pick up.. when I got there the girl says “we didn’t make your stuff, we don’t have the ice cream.” I looked around and thought about possibly trying something in store that they did have but everything had nuts and was not appealing; plus I know it would have cost much less than what I paid because I added multiple 99cent toppings. I asked her if we could possibly do a refund and she said yeah do you have the card? When she was done totaling the refund it was only $20 and I had paid $28.64. I told her what I paid and I showed her and she said, well we don’t charge for toppings, they are included here but online they charge. I said yes and I paid for the toppings so how can I get refunded for the remaining 8? I showed her a breakdown and she added several items on to count towards the refund but she still could not give me what I had already paid. I ended up paying several dollars and wasted a trip for nothing. I still said “thank you for your help” and she didn’t even respond. Beyond rude. Of the other times we have been, this store has never had the ice cream or the bananas or toppings. Horrible!

Went in at 7pm and they were out of a lot of ice cream and only had a couple of cones. Staff was not very friendly. Standing at the counter to by drinks after ice cream when the employee working that side picked up her phone and went to the back. We had to wait until the employee working the ice cream side to make 3 cones and a banana split to order our drinks. Second time I have been there and they are out of everything.
