We have been customers of Bell Tokyo since they were parked in Belton at the sign shop. The most authentic Japanese flavors in Texas that we have found. We have tried ramen and bento in Austin, San Antonio, and everywhere in between. The chefs are trained in Japan and you can tell! Their broths are amazing and rich in flavor. We always get them with the spice on the side so we can add as we see fit. The curry and katsu bento boxes are good size portions and their appetizers never disappoint! When you order ramen to go, they separate the noodles and broth so that it’s fresh when you are ready to eat it. If you are in the CENTEX area and are looking for good Japanese food, check them out!

this place was a spur of the moment since i wanted some spicy noodles & it definitely delivered ! the customer service was so nice & informative considering it was my first time . the food didn't take long & the presentation was simple and cute ! the food was really , really good ! the broth was nice & rich & 10/10 experience . i would go again .
OMG, it brought me back to Japan. We both had the Katsu-Chicken Curry, and have to say it was delicious. I added spices to mine because I like it with a little kick, however, the way it comes out of the kitchen is more than delicious and actually recommended. You can add spices as you get used to it. My wife had the Gioza with Chicken as well and they brought 5 of them, she would have preferred them steamed instead of fried, however they were good. The price is very good for being a certified authentic Japanese Chef in a Food Truck people. Definitely we'll be back again. In the photos you can only see here's and mine is the empty one because it was that good, that it took me no time to finish ?, Thanks.
