Rather disappointing. I thought the brisket was just average and needed more dry rub, or something. Not a fan of the sauce.

This was my first time coming here and I tried it cause it was a 4.7 star. To me I think it's a 5 star. It's so good and the Mac and cheese was homemade I could tell. All the noodles in the Mac and cheese was all cooked well. And goodness the brisket is so delicious. I can make a sandwich out of it. I ordered the trash can cup. It comes with beans, brisket, chopped up sausage and they ask you if you want onions and pickles. I recommend getting the onions and pickles if you like those and then once they put them on they put their BBQ sauce on top and you mix it altogether ????. If it's your first time going here I'd get the trash cup cause it's not that big and it gives you an idea of how their BBQ tastes which is excellent ??.

We got take-out. Admittedly, it was at the end of the day, but they were out of ribs and mac and cheese. Server was not the friendliest. I'd go again, but earlier in the day.

Previously, a friend introduced me to this establishment and I had a 'trash plate' which I found quite satisfactory (7/10). On February 8th, 2024, with a desire to expand my palate, I ventured in personally to further explore their offerings. Upon entry, I was met with a level of customer service that left much to be desired, lacking the warmth one anticipates. Recognizing that the service industry has its ebbs and flows, I endeavored to engage with the attendant, who, regrettably, seemed disinterested to the point of disregarding my greeting. As I stepped aside to peruse the menu, I observed the preparation of a sausage wrap. It was disconcerting to note the lack of gloves or apparent recent handwashing. My intention in providing this feedback is constructive; I see potential in this business and hope that my experience can be a catalyst for refinement and growth.

Coworkers took me here for lunch. They suggested the Trash Cups. It’s Amazing! Beans brisket sausage pickles onions and 2 slices of bread. More than enough food for the price. Delicious.

Love the Trash plate. It consists of beans, fritos, chopped beef, sausage(try the jalapeño cheese sausage) onions, pickles and bread. A huge and flavorful combination.Their sandwiches are stacked with plenty of meat and the mac n cheese is very creamy. ?
