I have rarely been so impressed with both the quality of the food and the meticulous preparation, and this place has undoubtedly met both criteria. The grilled flavors, the seasonings, and the craftsmanship of the burgers here are truly exceptional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we eagerly anticipate returning with friends and family; this place is a remarkable find in Temple and well worth the journey.

Bird Creek Burger Co. is outstanding! Our fam just finished our fourth visit, and everything on the menu is impressive. They've got their own delicious brews on draft, stellar fried green tomatoes, a burger named after M. Bison (the final boss on Street Fighter II?!?!), a dozen beignets for $6(!), and a delicious in-house bean burger patty. Be sure to upgrade your fries to garlic parmesan for an extra $1 for a full out-of-body experience. Also, if you get seated in Ryan's section, be prepared to be treated like royalty. Returning customers til the world ends.

If you don’t get the garlic parm fries, you’re missing out. My wife and I stopped in for lunch, and the Jamed Popper plus those fries were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

Food was amazing! We did feel we were rushed a little towards the end to order and eat. In my opinion, it was because the staff wanted to go home… one could only speculate though.
I only pick orders to deliver to my customers but it's a very nice establishment. Peaceful and customer service is great here. No long wait time!
