They could use some more sugar free coffee options on the menu. They only had one choice available but it was amazing coffee!!!

As a veteran-founded coffee chain, this establishment in Temple TX offers discounts to veterans and first responders. During our visit, we were impressed by the array of distinctive espresso drinks featuring novel flavors that we had not previously encountered at a coffee shop. My husband, a regular coffee drinker, appreciated the Smokey Joe Latte for its subtle sweetness. I chose the Yule Fuel Mocha, which featured Mexican Chocolate and a spicy finish, likely achieved through the incorporation of chamoy. In addition to their beverage offerings, the coffee shop provides baked goods, sells bags of coffee, and offers unique gift items suitable for holiday gift-giving. They also host meet-ups and activities on specific days and dates, which the staff would be happy to discuss.

Went here instead of Starbucks and honestly no regrets! Better tasting coffee, more flavor options, and the staff are so nice. We go here now when we need a fix

Aaron, the wizard of coffee, stood in his enchanted kitchen, where the aroma of freshly brewed beans swirled like a mystical fog. With a flick of his wrist, the air shimmered, and a golden espresso machine hummed to life, producing cups of liquid energy more potent than any spell. His secret? A blend of enchanted beans grown in hidden groves, tended by forest sprites. Each sip from Aaron’s brew awakened the drinker’s senses, filling them with warmth, clarity, and a touch of magic, as though time itself slowed to savor the moment. No one who tasted his coffee ever forgot the wizard’s art.

Asked for Iced Mocha and they put whip on it told them that’s not what I wanted. They take it back and scrap it off. All the whip cream is now on outside of the cup and they give me the coffee getting whip cream and chocolate all over me and I never requested it and the ice is melted at this point asked them to remake it but such a time wasted morning. Breakfast menu is crap and they are also 19 times slower than Starbucks even if you’re the only car in line.

My husband and I really like the Black Rifle Coffee. Great Company with a great cause as my husband says. No matter where we are Georgia or Texas we simply love the atmosphere and even when we are a little bit in a rush because of work we go through the drive thru quickly. But lately it has been quite disappointing. The last three times we went through the drive thru were bad experiences, one after the other. The first two bad experiences was in another location (Waco), But today was the third time, and happened in this location (Temple). My husband ordered a 1776 which even though we asked for it hot it came cold (I believe they added cold milk to the coffee and it would obviously cool the coffee), maybe some training there would be helpful, because if I said hot, I don’t expect it warm I expect it hot. I ordered a smashed pumpkin latte, that I really regret of ordering, I don’t know how to describe the awful taste. The flavor of the essence is so strong that it's impossible to find it tasty. It have a very sharp chemical flavor, I have the impression that they just mixed some pumpkin essence with hot water and gave it to me, and now I’m just traveling with a cup full of coffee that I can’t even drink. Waste of money.
It's just very frustrating, especially because my husband and I always leave tips on top of our orders.
At the very least, we just want what we paid for, and we expect not only good service, but also a good product to eat/drink.
Hopefully we will not completely lose our desire for the Black Rifle Company and maybe, but just maybe we will go back again. (Just tired of giving my money to you guys.)
Sad.

As an African American female veteran, I have never been made to feel uncomfortable in any of these establishments, even though it has a look and feel as a male only space. Everyone in every store anywhere in Texas is so kind because that is how Texan people are. Today, a young female who has not lived long enough to know hate showed me hate today. She did not want to take my order or talk to me, and she showed me that 9 this morning. Then, a young female with glasses and the best smile in the world got mad about how I was treated and took care of me and gave me this best customer service. I appreciated her professionalism and loving heart. She was efficient and knowledgeable about her job and caring for patrons. Her kindness erased the whole racist moment. I will still patron these establishments because that is not how they treat customers, ever.

Have been to this one (two years ago) and was so pleased to be able to bring oldest son with me this time. Wish we had in Fayetteville/Fort Bragg/Fort Liberty area. Please build one. Would do SO much business!!! Better than all other coffee shops. Cashier was so helpful. Tried Liberty Bell iced. Wow so good. Cinnamon roll was good but didn’t detect vanilla bean in icing. Son really enjoyed hot chocolate. Love the merch!
