Missing half the order! Food has declined severely in recent years. No better than ordering from a chain pizza delivery business. They at least are consistent and you know what you're getting.

After a long day at softball my daughter wanted Bdubs so we went to this location waited for a while for our waiter then a lady who had just clocked in and was training took good care of us I paid and then I tipped in cash the waiter and the trainee my bill was 58.40 I paid but for some reason I just received a notification my bill was updated to 70$

Placed an online order which said the food would be ready by 5pm. I get there to pick up my order & they said it’s not ready. Come to find out, my entire order was sitting there for who knows how long. The fries, onion rings & everything else is cold. They refused to remake at least the fries & onion rings. Someone working there could have DEFINITELY tried to rectify the situation.

While I was there, I guess one of the managers (Amanda I think) was on one or something, cause she was yelling at her employees. I felt so bad for those who worked there cause I could tell how uncomfortable everyone, even other customers were.
I work as a manger, and from personal experience I can say that this behavior was appalling. I feel bad for those who have to work around her cause it seems like a hostile environment. I hope they make a change to this soon cause judging from other reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way.
Do better by your workers.

The service from the employees was nothing to complain about but my friends food was not what she ordered and when she asked the manager (Amanda) to get it remade she was very rude and nasty about it.
