Our server Ashe was amazing always made sure we had drinks and was very nice to inform us that there was only 1 person in the kitchen but made sure we were doing okay the whole time overall my food and my server 10/10 !!!! Can’t wait to ask for Ashe again

So I eat at bww a lot and at a bunch of different locations. This location was actually the worst one I’ve ever been to.. We had t actually walk out because of the service. We got there at 10:15pm and still didn’t have food at 11:30, mind you there was 2 people there when we arrived? Please explain why? Never had this bad of service…

If I could get a 0 star I would. Absolutely worst customer service ever. We called a head for a Party of 15. They said it was fine and they can have us seated in 15 minutes upon arrival. We have someone in a wheelchair and two kids so we didn’t want to have to wait too long. Once we got there we waited for 25 minutes so we asked if we would be seated soon and we were told “uhh I don’t know” we waited more and asked again. Got another “idk” From Adrian the host. He then said “I’m going to disappear for a while” and left. Once he came back we asked for a manager he asked if we were serious. lol we’re like yes. Then he avoided us and no manager ever came. We asked again and were told that Javon and Brandon were there but too busy for us. He even laughed at us . It was the most odd and rude experience ever. We left and will never be back and he could care less. We had not one person even try to say sorry or anything. I’ve never really liked this place and now I know I do not like it. These young people need to learn how to smooth things over. Idk and we’re busy is absolutely wild to tell a customer.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
We called ahead for a birthday dinner for 13 people and were told the wait would be approximately 15 minutes. Based on that, we arrived with two infants, two women who were 8 months pregnant, and four toddlers.
After waiting 35 minutes, we watched multiple other parties get seated while we received no updates. When the host, Adrian, finally approached us, he said he didn’t know how long it would be. After another 10 minutes, he returned and told us it would be an additional 35–45 minutes.
At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. The host responded, “Really, you want to talk to a manager?” which was unprofessional on its own. He said he would get one, but 15 more minutes passed and no manager ever came out, while more parties continued to be seated.
When I asked for the manager’s name, I was told it was Brandon.
This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve been a loyal BWW customer for over 15 years, and this experience was genuinely disappointing. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for our time ruined what should have been a simple birthday dinner.

I dont like leaving bad reviews. But $71 for a few apps and a cake slice and a 4 well drinks was crazy. The happy hour prices were not applied. And the house/well shots were also apparently out along with pretzel bites and onion rings... very disappointed. The order of fries is all I ate and the portion was so small. We had the plan to order wings as well but ended up getting dinner afterwards elsewhere. The service was okay with a few different people coming to help us is the only awkward thing. And we were seated elsewhere being told no one could be sat at the table we requested with many open tables and later someone else was sat exactly where we asked.... 9/10 chance i won't be back unfortunately because the sauces are amazing. But very disappointed about our experience this time.

Most some staff ! Megan at the bar is he best wait staff I have ever had of my 73 years of experience! What an asset to your business!!! I loved it ! Never seen such a some group of employees! I used to be a wait staff ! But this is my top experience! 5 star all the way! It as a incredible to watch you work ‘ in my younger days would be so so happy to work here!
