They can't get your order right and the manager speaks to you like you're lying when you ask for the items you paid for. Pick a different one. I always have issues when I try to give this one the benefit of the doubt.

It is sad that the location had open hours until 10pm in the lobby, we pulled up and walked in the facility at 850, where we watched someone mopping. We politely asked if we could still eat inside and were told oh I’m getting off at 9 and there will only be 2 people here. So we left, right after we left the building the manager locked the door behind us, not that we ever saw him in the lobby!
Customer service is dead! Don’t go here! There is a reason why these places are closing!

I love the team in the 31st location. Always helpful, friendly, and hardworking. They go out of their way to help everyone including those with disabilities or mobility issues to make sure everyone is served well. The best team and great leaders. The place is alwsys kept neat and decorated during the seasons.

I stopped by for Whopper Wednesday and let me just say the cook was not in the mood today. The bottom bun was hard around the edges, top bun dry, meat was warm just TERRIBLE.

Lying to customers especially disabled ones telling them mobile orders over $25 have to be picked up inside so you can fudge your windows times to look good isn't very professional. People order mobile for drive through pick up so they DONT have to walk inside. Even corporate says this "rule" doesn't exist. Literally empty restaurant I can see why everyone drives out to Adam's. Save the stupid ass lies to fudge your windows times for people who can actually walk.

It's 8: 50 p.m., and I understand that you want to finish cleaning and close the ordering channel on time. But please note that your business schedule clearly States that 9: 00 is the time for you to close the dine in. Then please close it after nine.

Terrible staff and employees; rude and have no etiquette. Would not suggest this location for anyone at all! They need a new management. All except one man was polite and respectful. Someone needs to correct their employees.
