I’m a big fan of a freshly made Bush’s Chicken meal especially when Serenity Dip makes a guest appearance on everything. Add a jalapeño on the side for balance, and of course extra Bush’s gravy for dipping or The Bushes Dip sauce It’s a carefully curated flavor experience, and I highly recommend giving it a try! Felt unwelcome.
The business model has the employees suggesting to customers that at 8:20pm items on the menu cannot be purchased. “It’s late and the cooks are not cooking”. I suggest that at the time of the cooks not cooking, you should stop serving the community and black out your menu board so that we are not wasting our time approaching your open restaurant. and you’re overpriced for an unwelcome guest.

Our gizzards were rock hard, rolls burnt, and the chicken dry. When we complained over the phone, customer service was not great, but we compromised with remaking the gizzards (for sure), possibly remaking the burnt rolls and chicken (which we had to all bring back to the store), and a 20% discount on our next order.

When we get back to the store, the attitude was still poor but whatever lol, but then they also take away our 20% discount because we got a remake. As if we were not told over the phone we would be able to do both 🙃 Unfortunately service and product has gone to shit lol, just depends on the team working I guess

I was at the drive thru. Only wanted a Tea aid and small corn nuggets. I got a half made Tea aid and 6 corn nuggets in a small brown bag. I went back this was totally unacceptable. This was corrected by the way but.... Bush learn to appreciate your customers show it with incentives.

Quality tanked. Got livers today that were overcooked to nearly burnt. Used to be one of our favorites, now rarely go and today reaffirmed why. Tossed the livers. Tenders were okay but lots more batter than meat.

They don’t know how to make orders right they always get my order wrong. They gave me french fries and no okra I called and they said I can only have 20% off or I can bring my day old french fries back to the next day when they open.

Shorted me a piece of chicken and the fries. My drink was a coke instead of unsweet tea. No straw or utensils. And they closed before 9;15 (instead of 10:00), so I couldn't call to complain

Food was mid. Mac and cheese has no flavor , fries were okay damn near the best thing I ordered besides the sweet bread and the chicken was just not it. It was more crunch than chicken. Whatever that white sauce is also has no flavor and it was mid. Maybe if hot sauce was provided it woulda been a little better but overall mid to me, wish I could get my 15 bucks back!! 5/10 and I’m being generous giving them a 5

Skip the tea! They don’t seem to clean their urns and the tea always taste's rancid. Save your money on the tea.

Food is always good here my chicken tenders were super fresh 😋 great customer service little dude at the front, was kinda funny he yelled over to the other employee to see if they had the green beans poor girl couldn't hear at all asked 3 times lol he's like Never mind I know we got green beans ready. I took my order to go from inside and I wasn't waiting long maybe 2 minutes they were quick .
