Zero stars, who is the kitchen manager who lets this location run out of chicken at 630pm on a Wednesday?!? And then us waiting over 10 min in drive thru before even telling us?!?

Food is usually great, they seem to run out of a lot of sides without ever filling in or replacing. The service here is dropping, sadly. The employees look miserable here. Not even a response to my hello or how are you. No acknowledgement to my cheerful greeting? Come on, you work customer service, I use to do the same, you can't let your bad day become someone else's because of your attitude. Sadly if this trend continues, I'll definitely stop coming here and find elsewhere.

I came by to get dinner after work. The hours listed are not correct. I hate that I drove all the way over and they do not close at the time listed on the website or on Google maps. I sat in the drive-through while multiple workers inside walked around without letting me know that they were closed. I called and nobody picked up the phone. Not sure what time they exactly close. But I definitely pulled up before 9 o'clock. On online it says that they close at 10 o'clock

For the first time in years I went to a great bushes fried chicken location on Lake Rd./439 Belton. Unbelievably on two different occasions recently I received my food and was not asked to leave a tip.

Thank you Bush's for rolling out the tender roll happy hour, this made our day as it's our anniversary today. We love you.

This review is for all you sweet tea lovers who buy tea by the gallon. I often purchase gallons of tea and a bag of ice for my team at work. The last two purchases have been disappointing. One time I purchased the tea, my team would not drink it because of the unpleasant taste due to it being old. I had to return and get a replacement. They replaced it with no problem, which I appreciated. This last visit was when the real disappointment set in. They again gave me old tea. I told them I would like fresh tea. The waiter then brought me two new gallons which were still not fresh and told me, “this is the freshest tea we can we can get for you.” So… just beware if you are buying tea by the gallon. I will give them one more chance, but might change my place of choice to the good ‘ol Chick-fil-A!

They fail to tell people that you get a discount if you're over 55. I didn't find out until I was told by another customer as I was walking out the door.

Use to be my favorite place. Now the quality is terrible. Dry chicken. Had family sides half full several times. I think anyone would know how to fill a container.....

I ordered gizzards; they were as hard as shoe leather. My husband got chicken; he said it tasted like it was cooked in old grease. It was old chicken too. Probably won't go back.

I would highly recommend Bush's Chicken for your chicken restaurant. If you have a hankering for chicken. Bush's Chicken will be the place to go. I had the 6 piece tenders meal with fries and a drink. They now have Big Red and Coke Zero and for an extra 50¢ you can get a 44 oz.drink to go with your meal combo You can more value for your money. They also offer a senior citizen discount for your meal if you 50 and older, but you have to ask for your senior citizen discount.

Fried Chicken was way too salty and baked chicken needs a little less seaoning. Ruined my meal.
