Tried out the new location tonight and was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of food. We paid $75 for a small bowl of queso, 2 adult meals and 1 child plate. Looking at the menu, we knew how much we were going to pay but we barely ate any of it. The fajita chicken was almost not cooked all the way and didn’t have any flavor. The fajita meat was burnt on one side and not cooked on the other side like they just put it on the grill and waited until the timer went off. My child barely touched her cheeseburger. It looked like a microwaved burger. The rice that came with my shrimp didn’t taste right. The little carrots the put in it were hard and the shrimp wrapped in bacon seemed like it was microwaved and flavorless. We didn’t want to complain because our waitress was amazing and we wished we could’ve tipped her better than 10% but we also wanted to just run out of there and never look back.
We were seated quickly during the lunch rush on Saturday. Chips and salsas were delivered quickly. Waitress was prompt in taking our drink order and bringing them out. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. I just found them to not be accommodating to dietary restrictions.
We LOVED Casa Ole when it was in the mall - we just ate at the new location and it was the worst Mexican food I’ve had in Temple/Belton. The fajita meat was dry and tasteless, they got our order wrong twice, and you couldn’t get a drink refill to save your life. It was definitely not up to par.

Always our go to Mexican food. Can’ hardly wait till they reopen on HK Dodgen after closing at Temple Mall. The green sauce is to die for, I could drink it. The tamales taste homemade. Priced like most Mexican food places.
Dietary restrictions: Wondering if have any gluten free dishes.

Only reason I gave it 2 stats was the waitress we had at least was good. Food was well let's just say rice was bland no flavor. The shredded chicken was mixed with salsa that had huge chucks of onion which wasn't mentioned on the menu. All it said was seasoned shredded chicken . The ground beef had huge chucks of what I believe was green peppers.. they had no flavor the meat was also bland no flavor . The only thing that was good was beans .. and salsa. My kids thankfully liked the Mac n cheese ( can't go wrong there ) and cheese dilla ( also can't go wrong there ) but like I said only goof thing was server beans and we'll the drinks ..

My wife and I came here with my kids for my wife’s birthday on Friday. Our waitress was Jennifer and she was running her butt off the whole night but made sure we were taken care of regardless. Our chips and drinks stayed full the entire time. We will be back!

My family and I had a great experience over the weekend, we aren’t usually a huge fan of TexMex restaurants but we were pleasantly surprised with Casa Ole. Our server was very bubbly and prompt with our drinks and chips and salsa. My husband got the Wet Burrito which he said was worth the price. I got the Taco Salad and the shredded chicken was super flavorful. Everyone here seems to work as a team so the atmosphere was great.

The waiter messed up several of our dinners , charged us for things we did not receive. The waitress from the bar helped him get our food (she was great). The green salsa is delicious !

We usually love coming here, but this time they were WAY OFF!!! Food took over 45 min to arrive and portions of it were burnt and not edible! Very disappointed.
I am only putting 1 star because the green sauce and queso is always great and I can’t tell you much on food since they were out of everything we asked for. We started off ordering a beer and they were out of ultra draft and bottle, so had to settle for coors. Then we tried to order a taco and tamales and as the waitress yelled across the room to another lady- we were told they sold out and had no tamales since last night. We drove from Killeen and will not be returning to this place!
