Love the employees here, only complaint is the fact they have their employees outside in the dark and cold. I’ll be coming here around 9:30pm and be the only car in the drive through and they’ll have a young girl outside by herself taking my order. Doesn’t sit right with me when your intercom works just fine and not that busy on a cold Monday night.
Drive thru. Food was hot upon delivery. Spicy chicken sandwich had steam comming off it. Fries perfectly done not undercooked as some fast food places do when very busy. Every employee was sincere and smiled. They directed us to change lanes at drive thru and was kind and apologetic, even though it was't an imposition. Order arrived exactly as ordered, including sauces.
We love CFA and eat at various locations multiple times a week. We have had bad experiences at this location twice in a row now. The last time we stopped it was full of rowdy high schoolers from the school across the street, and many of them were loudly using the n-word repeatedly in front my small children (not the restaurant’s fault). Today the lady taking our order corrected us several times, and then when we asked for a wipe from the open bag of wipes the lady (a different employee) said they are not for guests. Sorry for wanting to clean our table 😅. We won’t be back.
So I’m driving up to Dallas and decided to stop at a chic fil a off of IH-35. Love the spicy deluxe, but come on… how do you expo a sandwich forgetting the top of the bun? Not upset, just disappointed and surprised lol.

I can't eat just any thing. I ordered nuggets. Cold!!!! I complained. Employee was laughing at me. Manager did come out, but I was already very mad. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't come in here if you have certain disabilities about how or what you can eat.

Dietary restrictions: I wish they would remove the msg from the fried chicken. Thankfully the grilled chicken is good too with no msg
WAY TOO PRICEY. Especially now, after they switched to lab grown chickens. Should have made stuff cheaper if the food is worse quality, but I guess all they want is your money. I'd recommend any other place.
