To be completely honest, I’ve never encountered a negative experience with Chick-fil-A. Every visit has been marked by their warm hospitality and genuine kindness. It always brings a smile to my face when they wish me a blessed day as I leave. I called cause the fries were not cooked the right way they were cold as well and then I asked for extra pickles so I didn’t get it. Then the manager ashely was being rude saying Uh-huh like eight times like being sarcastic. I told her that my father was on the hospital and I was just expecting to get a hot meal after long day it felt like she didn’t care or care for quality food or being professional. She already ask you if you can come back, I told her I’m already getting to close to Belton I told her that I was not expecting to get bad I wanted quality food not someone that doesn’t understanding not about customer service I was already have a bad day. And I just wanted some good food, but I guess I didn’t get what I wanted.

Go to West Adams Chick-fil-A, do not waste your time. They always get the order wrong. I went again this morning. Destroyed the order every day.
Food is good when its right but it rarely ever is. Double and triple check your order before you drive home with it, because you will have the wrong food more times than not. Management won't do anything to offset the headache of having to drive back across town to get the right food.

Was in town for a weekend getaway and stopped for a bite. It was the lunch rush (totally understandable at the time) and they still got my order accurate and out in a timely manner
