Staff has issues with attitude. The clearly do not understand what customer service is after the experience I had. I have never been so disrespected by a company I paid with my hard earned money. As a people pleaser the whole experience felt like I wasn’t doing enough for them. Completely blown away by the lack of pride I was shown. I fear for our future as a species if chilis staff is an accurate representation of society. But don’t trust me. Find out for yourself. And honestly the good did taste good, but the vibes were sickening

Walked in and sat down at the bar for a few minutes. Several employees standing around, and I was ignored, even made eye contact with what looked like a manager. It’s not that hard to greet even if I needed to wait.

The girl doing curbside was flat out rude. She was rushing me through my entire order, and then hung up on me as I said something. She wouldn’t even let me tell her I wanted the order in an hour, so, my food was cold. I thought maybe they were busy, considering I was ordering at 5pm. When I got there to pick it up, she was still just as rude and tried to rush me out the door, And getting the card option pulled up, and walked away before I could try to tell her it was some gift card. I was just baffled all around. I got my food, and as stated, was cold, because she wouldn’t let me talk, other than rush me through my order. And the margarita, it’s usually hit and miss, mostly miss. This thing tasted like straight tequila and no flavoring at all. I was just highly disappointed. This chilis is really going down hill.

BIG shout out to Cora and Treasure at the to-go area!!! I was greeted with a million dollar smile and asked if I needed steak sauce or any other items to go with my meals. I spent $94 and was very pleased with the food. Had planned on ordering from Texas Roadhouse but at 4:40 when I called they put me on hold for 9 minutes and when they answered immediately told me my order wouldn't be ready until 6. Rudest people I've ever encountered!!! Thanks Cora and Treasure for your kindness and great attitude. These ladies get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The place is a good place but the food takes a little time to be served but that is just Chilis as they make it all fresh. It is on the highway so usually people are in a hurry. But the server was good and attentive.
Would stop in future for sure.
