This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. WE LOVE CHIPOTLE but this location and the food was bland and poorly made. The women’s restroom was disgusting and completely flooded absolutely unacceptable. Tables were dirty and the whole place felt neglected.

Typical Chipotle atmosphere. But they need to walk next door to Mee Mee's Thai food and learn how to give good service. There was a young lady in there with an attitude that could stop a Mack truck. Maybe she was just having a bad day...

Person making the food on the line was also checking people out, then going right back to the next customer without washing his hands or changing gloves. Nobody looked like they cared about food safety. It’s just gross.
Overall, behind the bar, everything just looked dirty. Who’s supervising all these people?

Always really busy, and good is always good, if you order delivery they will not put full size portions in your bowl! Save yourself and go in person.

Smaller portions everytime!!
walked in to pick up my online order, nothing was at the self for pick up so i went to the cashier & informed the lady I’m here to pick up an online order, the young lady cashier didn’t say anything but the other lady running the online orders side said “if you ordered online it’s either on the self or on a table” (i never picked up from a table where customers eat, that’s why I ignored a bag sitting on one of the tables because I thought maybe it was someone else’s order and they stepped away) there was about 4 young employees standing in the front, not one of them greeted me when walking in, or asked if i needed assistance when i was looking lost at the pick up shelf. I asked for vinaigrette sauce, after grabbing my order from the table, and a young man handed it to me. I said thank you, and there was just SILENCE. 🤐
I was gonna say have a good day too, but why is this backwards??? almost as if they are miserable being there… this locations customer service SUCKS, but the food always hits!😭💗 05/25 @ 7:00pm.

I recently visited this Chipotle and ordered a bowl with extra steak, understanding there would be an additional charge. However, I was shocked to see a $5.60 upcharge, bringing my total to $18. I felt blindsided—not because of the money alone, but because the cost wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. For example, when the rep said it would cost extra, it would have been helpful if he said $5-6 extra. That would have changed the outcome.
When I asked if I could switch to a more affordable option, the cashier responded with, “what am I going to do with this bowl?” That moment really disappointed me. As a paying customer, I expected empathy and flexibility—not to be made to feel like I was the problem.
I did end up purchasing the bowl, but not because I wanted to—I felt I didn’t have a real choice. It left me with a sense of being unheard and devalued. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but in the hope that this feedback helps improve how customers are treated—especially when they’re simply trying to make informed decisions.
Transparency, respect, and kindness go a long way. I know everyone’s doing their best, but I hope experiences like this can be opportunities for growth on both sides.
Thank you!

Don’t trust the website delivery. Never got my order. It’s just an AI loop with no help.
- It’s been a few days and I recieved a full refund. The app is all AI and frustrating - they do pay attention to reviews and made things right in the end, which is a solid move in my opinion.

My fault for not checking the rating. I assumed most chipotles would be the same. The comments from other reviews are spot on. Super odd and not friendly employees. The guac was clearly old and from yesterday, and the chops were stale. Didn’t think I could actually be this disappointed in a chipotle but here we are. Sad thing is, it’s turned me off from chipotle everywhere for the time being.

Wow wow wow, I don’t think I’ve experienced such unprofessionalism and inconsideration. I had applied online and set up an interview for 10:30AM. This particular establishment doesn’t open until 10:45AM.
I stood at the door, waiting to be let in knocking and waving, and nobody would answer let alone acknowledge the fact I was at the door. It was a little bit frustrating but as someone who’s worked opening shifts before I totally understood. I figured I would just wait for 15 minutes to be let inside, no big deal.
I finally got inside and I’m greeted by the young man at the counter. I let him know that I had an interview. I didn’t let him know that it was already 15 minutes after the fact because it wasn’t anyone’s fault I wasn’t in a position to call the store to let them know I was waiting outside.
He goes to the back to let god only knows know that I was there for an interview and hands me a cup. I sit down at a booth and proceed waiting for 30 minutes. 30 whole minutes go by and not one person comes to the counter to update me. No one person lets me know that a manager was held up at the moment, someone would be on their way, that they’d need to reschedule. Nothing. Keep in mind. The interview confirmation says it was only a 20 minute interview from 10:30 - 10:50. Was I expected to wait an entire hour? Longer than that even?
I ultimately chose to just get up and leave. The lack of communication, lack of preparation, lack of professionalism, lack of consideration are all red flags for any type of lead or management at all whatsoever.
They did not value my time at all whatsoever. It baffles me how everyone is hiring but no one’s taking candidates? You have your company posted for help wanted then do your due diligence and show up by doing your part.
Even if you were no longer taking candidates, you could’ve at least let me know that so I wasn’t sitting there wasting my time waiting or at least did the interview even if you weren’texpecting one that morning.

Emily was absolutely the worst person you could have working the register. She was rude and annoyed when I asked for an additional aluminum lid to place under our bowl because the cardboard bowls ALWAYS leak and soak through. Also, having no honey Chipotle chicken is not acceptable when you advertise it. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe it.

The guy there barely gave me rice, then when I asked for more, said it was going to be a charge. You barely gave me any rice in the first place. I mean, very skimpy on the rice ppl. He then slammed the utensils after I said that he barely put rice on my bowl. I won’t be coming back here!!
