Lazy workers. Show up over an hour before close and there is NOTHING left. Honestly what’s the point of staying open if you’re not gonna restock your food.

I ordered for pickup at the chipotlane. The girl who helped me was very sweet and nice! This being said, my steak bowl tasted like absolute garbage. The meat was disgusting and was so bad I questioned whether it was actually beef. It was poorly cut and there was absolutely no sear or any kind of flavor. It looked gray. This totally put me off to chipotle in general because the bowl was so bad. I also want to note that it was freaking cold. I got there 2 minutes after my order ETA. There is absolutely no excuse. Disgusting omg.

The place was over packed with people standing in line it was quite a wait, not enough tables to occupy everyone and I ended up getting my order to go.

Not sure how this location stays in business. Reviews speak for themselves. I've had 3 incidents recently. One evening, I went in and ordered a bowl. Upon checkout, I was informed they were completely out of chips. Aggravating that I had to drive across town to the other location to get chips. A few days later, I went in late morning and they immediately told me they were out of chicken. I walked out and once again, drove over to the other location. Today at 11:50am, I went in with my young granddaughter. Ordered our food and went to get our drinks. There was no tea and no organic fruit drinks. I asked an employee if they could make some tea for me. The young man actually told me no. I questioned him and he said it would take 35 mins to make. Said they were short-handed and had a call-in. I asked if the call-in was the only one that could make tea. Fifteen mins later I asked one of the young female employees if she would make some tea. She said she would but again, it would be 35 mins. I said okay, that's fine. Twenty mins after that, I looked and no one was making tea. Worst part about it was there were only 2 other people inside eating besides us. The employees were just walking around cleaning the counters and replacing containers. It was very apparent no one wanted to make tea or the organic drinks. They definitely had time. There was no excuse. Also, all 4 employees were very young. There was no one in charge and definitely no customer service. I am finished with this location. Evidently so are a lot of other people.

Seriously, get a damn grip on your 20 year old line cooks adding a cup of salt to the chicken. I won’t be back, but it’s the second time this week that I just left my food uneaten.

I would really like to speak with the manager but every time I call it gives me the runaround it won't let me go through so the bottom line is don't do a fundraiser for your temple high school if you're going to do a poor job at doing it, you obviously were not equipped to handle a crowd your cashier was quite rude and should be asking people if they're there for the fundraiser instead of checking people out and leaving out the fundraiser button or whatever it's called the code that you got to put in for the fundraiser to work. You will not get my business anymore it is ridiculous, I did not see one smiling employee, you did your community wrong by the way you treated the customers that came in there to support the band for Temple High School

Very disappointed. No line and I was standing there for 5 min without anyone acknowledging me. Finally had great service from Nate. Everyone else seemed disinterested from doing their job and disengaged. Kudos to Nate - not sure what is going on with the remainder of the staff. If there is a manager in this location he/she is not doing his/her job.

I have never left a review for anything. I went the first time and there was food scraps all over the kitchen and tables. Employees just casually walking around. It was so dirty..insaid I won't go back, but I did. And it was worse. Pots and pans dirty and not being cleaned,and food scraps everywhere and all over the floor. I truly don't know how they can operate without food service involved. Also the person ordering in front of me was talking to the manger about being incarcerated with her

Absolutely terrible experience. The chips were stale—like they’d been sitting out for days. No crunch, just disappointment. I see now why this location has a 2-star rating. The service? Even worse. Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere that actually values customers.

Whoever is at the window today is not friendly at all. Opened window stated at me, aggressively handed over the bag without a single thanks have a great day, nothing. I love chipotle but she needs to have a better day!

the day crew is amazing and talkative everytime i go in, but night crew is awful. they always under proportion my burrito bowl EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it’s getting frustrating especially when I’m not getting my meals in person and when I open the lid, it’s only halfway filled. Night crew needs to do better and stop being lazy.

UPDATE 1 MONTH LATER. still shitty. why am i paying $10 for a half full bowl?
