This is new location. They are trying make money rather than cutomer satisfaction . I visited multiple times. All times had bad experience in this store. Very less quantity. Kind of kids meal. Not preferred this location.

The cashier black girl with glasses is VERY RUDE and disrespectful ?. I’ve been a regular customer to this restaurant but I’m not going back there anymore. They serve very little food and the price is very high. A couple of more dollars and I could have eaten at a steak house. Thank god they open a Chick fil A a few blocks away. Rusty tables and NO discount for our militaries either. ?.

When you order online from this location, make sure you take a magnifying glass, a trench coat, (it can be messy), a probe, and have your best detective skills ready to find the elusive guacamole. I always check my order so it involves removing the foil lid, getting sour cream all over me, and probing for the guacamole. On one occasion, the thimble-size serving was hiding under the lettuce; the next time, the server lied to me and said she put it on the bottom. By the time, I got home, the guac had made a run for the border and was nowhere to be found. Call me crazy, but I'm done with this place. Not to mention, the prices are highway robbery!

Well they don’t give military discount , I was in uniform . I’m also a correctional officer , and they told me they would only do it if I was in that uniform . Other chipotles have never given me this problem .
$20 for a bowl with 2 scoops chicken , queso , and guacamole.. that’s a sit down restaurant with a waiter price ?
And I didn’t even get a drink or it would of easily been over $24+

Came here on a Friday and 20min to close they ran out of Steak and sour cream. Came back today and 2 hours till closing time they run out of tortillas! Isn’t Chipotle all about their Burritos which involve TORTILLAS!

Robert, the manager, was screaming at staff members when I came in to pick up my order - 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready! He was barking at Tanner to do this and do that. There was no asking, explaining, or managing - just screaming. I understand he was frustrated by a 60 burrito order that happened this morning, as he made sure everyone who walked through the doors knew, but we are at 7pm and he should be over that frustration by now… at the very least not taking it out on customers and staff. Finally received my order over an hour after it was supposed to be ready for pick up and I don’t even know if it’s right… I just wanted out bc the place was so crowed with upset customers who had been waiting and waiting for their food while Robert yelled.

Good food. Rude staff. Mainly the older people; they yell at you like TSA. It’s not that serious, be courteous. You can still be efficient without being rude.
