Typical Texas experience, anti social behavior, they just made me wait over half an hour for a doordash and handed out all their spicy chicken, and told me it would be 16 more minutes. So i just wasted over half an hour of my time because they have zero respect for food delivery orders. Honestly im speechless u guys know what to do

The food is alright although there is often a wait for chicken. The mananger took my order then turned around without taking my money. Waited five minutes for her to tell another girl to do it she also went and unplugged the monitor for the drive thru like three times. I used to work fast food and know that is a timer. I don't think she's supposed to do that.

Drive thru service. Ordered 2 pc combo mixed with mac and cheese. 6 pc jalapeño bombers and fried apple pied with Sprite soda. Soda flat . Exchanged for strawberry soda. Taste flour on the chicken. Pie did not have any icing. Mac and cheese had 5 min wait, but still was runny.

Very busy place and probably because the food is good. Mine was and always is here service isn't anything to write about. Dine in is really small and parking is terrible..buts its all about the chicken right..and the biscuits fantastic those in itself could be a meal.....

Just got out of church and I know we should love our neighbors, but I’m so happy the manager or assistant manager who was inside today on March 16,2025 isn’t my neighbor. My wife and I placed an ordered from drive thru and the mgr/ asst. mgr wouldn’t let me finish ordering she kept hurry me up by asking me to pull up to the window. I told her I was still ordering. She is at the window is how we know she was the person in charge due to her uniform. So, she gave us our order, and when we parked in the parking area we noticed she gave us two cokes, no napkins, and no utensils. I got off and went in and told her I had ordered two teas and was missing my jalapeños. She told the younger girl who was going to pour the cokes out with attitude to just throw them. I had to ask for utensils, napkins as well. Must have upset her, because she tells the younger woman “go lock the lobby!” She didn’t wait for me to leave she said it with a tone. I felt as a customer all of her rudeness. If someone in her state of management position can’t deal with the stress she shouldn’t be running this Church’s. She is hurting this business. We will NEVER return. Blessings to the manager, we hope she doesn’t treat everyone like this.

I keep convincing myself that this CTC will be different each time I have visited here. This is the worst CTC in Texas, always slow, always having to wait over 30 min, always out of simple things like apple pies, jalapeños, etc... Prove me wrong on your next visit, hopefully no time soon!!!

Nobody washed hands. I guess the assistant manager was outside smoking came right in didn’t wash hands. This lady have bumps all over her face and arms and didn’t was her hands after scratching and playing with money. The only one we seen wash hands was a guy with dreads and that’s the one we ask to make out food.
