I was mad and about to put a bad comment after I waited 30 minutes but then they come with like 2 boxes full of chicken was 20 or 24 pcs and I order just 3pcs meal say wo wo OK ok OK ???? and then I leave happy ?

I went waited forever for my order get my food go home and only have one side and it's burned then I call to tell them they say bring food back I do then I only get my sides and come back with cold food they don't replace it day shift never had problems only night smh but the I wrote feedback they got back to me replace it we will

Went there last night. One employee specifically made the experience wonderful. Food was hot and fresh, and I'm assuming the manager....she was amazing!!!

The worst franchise ever went for waiting 10 mins on my order to 45 for 10 tenders . Don’t know how yall even open still .
THE WORST!! I walked in after a long day of work to see this female at the counter staring me down looking at me up and down then I look at her to let her know hey I see you looking at me "it's rude look away now" and she's still looks at me idk if shes slow or what?!? so then we get into a little yelling match she calls me ignorant. So me thinking she might be slow or on some type of special needs program I place my order. I ordered some mashed potatoes the mashed potatoes had flakes in the inside and my order was all wrong. Safe to say I see why they are closing down more and more church's chickens!!!

Never had a problem with this location until today. They closed the lobby with zero sign, zero explanation. I ordered ahead of time through the app and got my order late since I couldn’t just walk in and pick it up. Called the store to see if it was possible to just park and get the food brought out to me since it said it would be ready and it was well past my anticipated arrival time and no answer. Very disappointing.
Chicken fried steak looked nothing like the picture of the drive thru and tasted worse.
