Noodles were almost gone with half being dried out. Pizzas?, only four slices left on the whole counter. Some of the tables still had dishes on them. This was Sunday, four in the afternoon and not many people there. My family and I like Cicis, but this management staff needs to up their game. My whole family was there, we are not complainers but you asked.

There were not enough pizzas, nor variety, I had not gone to eat there for a few months but the truth is that my experience was not pleasant since they were celebrating a birthday and the screaming children really did not eat to our liking. They should make a special space for special events so others can enjoy their food
I ordered off of doordash a veggie medium sized pizza and lemon peppers of five chicken, and when I received my order they have me garlic instead of the lemon pepper so I called them they said that I will have to come immediately with the food if I wanted to get replaced I would have to come tonight I had no way of getting there and I just basically got robbed of my couple of dollars for chicken that I didn't even order 😠do better please

I have to say, the service i received tonight was, by far, some of the best at any restaurant in Temple....that's in large part because of Kristi and Brayden. They went so far above what I was expecting, or could have even hoped to ask for. I can't express enough how awesome they were. It's a Friday night, but they were all smiles, super kind, and so friendly! And I didn't catch the busboy's name, but he's kept this place spotless!
Update: Caiden is the young man's name. This entire crew was smiling, having fun, but doing their jobs. Hands down, I'm impressed by the crew tonight. They were all wonderful!!
