I ordered a sirloin medium well. I get home it is well done dry and no juice. I called the manager and he told me it was cooked medium well but it continued to cook in the styrofoam box. Wow didn’t know that could happen. He continued to argue with me that it was cooked medium well but continued to cook in the box. I will not go back. It’s been too many times the food is not cooked properly.

Overall we like this place and go here quite often. I really like the chicken fried steak. The "white wings" are just weird. They're not bad, just balls of chicken stuffed with cheese and covered in bacon...like a heart attack waiting to happen. The service is a bit slow sometimes but adequate and the last time we went there was someone working in the back that kept yelling out some woman's name...very odd for a restaurant to do that and I have worked at plenty. It was distracting and rude to me. Otherwise the place is acceptable.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Good food, good service, and good atmosphere. And even fair prices. Excellent BBQ sauce! The only curious thing was eating with thin Dollar Tree tableware. I had good meat on my plate, I'd like some heft to my fork. Yeah ... that's my biggest complaint. ?
The food was great but lost a star because the tri-tip brisket meat was dry. Everything was seasoned very well. I loved the buttered potatoes. The jalapeño sausage was my favorite! I wasn't big on the decor but it is interesting for sure.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Clem Mikeska BBQ was a mess from start to finish. It was like stopping at a roadside attraction on a road trip and finding out it’s ran by crackheads trapping fent out back, looks good from the outside but there’s deeper issues when you get in. Corn was undercooked, beef was tough and the sausage might have me blowing chunks tonight. The atmosphere was uninviting, and the staff acted like they couldn’t care less. Save your time and money—this place isn’t worth a second thought.
