Anytime I come to temple I am coming to eat a Clems. There is nothing that doesnt taste wonderful. But the hamburger steak plate leaves me speechless every time. This thing screams Texas. Top it off with a piece of peach cobbler and it doesnt get much better then that. Come on it give it a try. I do every chance I get!

Listen all these negative comments about the waitresses need to stop. The brisket tonight was really good and super moist. The Mexican girl with the tattoos at the drive through was super sexy and friendly. Bro this restraunt been in business for years for a reason. Old man Clem was a straight shooter and solid till the day he died. May God bless Anna and everyone who eats at Clems.

I have no idea what negative reviews are talking about. Probably the best service I’ve gotten at a restaurant since COVID.
The food’s alright, better than practically anything else on the corridor.
But the service SHINES. A ton of attention, everything was fresh, nothing sat in the window. The kitchen is orderly, i got the mac and cheese, and it is fantastic. A creamy béchamel sauce, great flavor and piping hot.
The brisket was nice and lean, with a solid flavor. By no means the worst bbq i have had.
I’ll be back!
I almost didn’t come because of the negative reviews, and I’m glad I ignored them. They even packed my soda for me to take with me. No clue what world y’all are living on giving less than a 4 for this spot.

Stopped in with my husband after work for dinner and the booth we were seated at had food on the benches and the macaroni and cheese side was cold. When the waitress brought out the check she gave it to me rather than my husband. I picked it up and gave it to my husband. She then told me that she completely understands and she used to stay home with her 2 year old and since she is chatty she had to get a job. She should have put it in the middle of the table or not make those comments. I am actually in a leadership position at a brokerage. I was dressed down because I wanted to be comfortable after work on a Friday evening - get a meal and then head home to relax. I feel she assumed I was unemployed because I gave my husband the check. This was ridiculous.

The cheeseburgers are amazing but for to go orders hope you live close by because they will be soggy when you get home unfortunately, So best to dine in. And as for the white wings, it's sad to say the world famous Las Casas white wings are dead because I bought some 11/13/25 and they were not the same and meat had too much pepper and tasted salty some kind of seasoning they use was just not it could hardly eat them tasted horrible. Other than that the bbq and fish is so good.

just got off work and wanted a late lunch for the family, sadly disappointed, the mash potatoes were nasty, the Mac and cheese was just was bad and the green beans were... well let's just say nasty nasty. we got the family pack and no one was able to eat, 1st bite had us sick to out stomachs, what to do now, everyone is still hungry?!!!! o yeah they forgot the banana pudding I ordered as well, I guess that's a good thing I'm sure it was not the BEST, considering the rest of the of the meal was not good at all. I will never go back, don't waste your money.
On a good note the staff, Kelsey was super nice and I was pleased when I left, I just wish the food was good

Came in and bought 3 pounds of extra lean brisket. The brisket was not lean at all full of fat. Ordered 12 white wings after paying for them they said it would take another 20 min. How can a BBQ place only have 1 half chicken. I think the quality has gone way down and on top of all of it the price I paid was kind of outrageous for the quality of cut they did on brisket full of fat and no lean about it at all. To top things off when buying a 200 dollar order and they give you no BBQ Sauce at all. There prices are high but when your paying for extra lean brisket I would expect extra lean brisket.
