The staff at Cracker Barrel (Temple) was very courteous and friendly. They checked with our table several time to see if we needed anything.
I recommend that you don’t go to the Temple location. Went there last night and waited over 30 minutes for our food. Never offered basket of bread, server never checked on us after dropping off our drinks, never let us know it was taking longer than usual. Heard another table complaining they had been waiting over 40 minutes. When the food finally arrived the hash brown casserole looked like it was sitting in the bowl since morning, gave us cinnamon apples that we didn’t order...read full review
horrible service extremely dirty the cook burns or undercook everything the entire staff needs to be replaced with people ready to clean cook and serve properly
