I've had a few not so good experiences here, last visit, when taking our order and asked if we wanted anything else, we said yes, maybe she didn't here us but she just gave us total and told us to pull up, we then told her we still were ordering, she seemed frustrated, we told the rest of the order and then it was silent for a while, my boyfriend asked if she had got that? She says yes. And then said, is that it? He says yes, she was short and says the total. So upon receiving our food and ice cream, we see that our food is just horrible looking. I mean the ice cream she didn't put but several prices of candy, didn't add the chocolate syrup, steak dinner basket looked like someone dropped it, it's all tossed around. Just the fact that some one would just make you crappy food cuz they didn't listen you weren't done and spent more money is crazy. We spent close to $40. The girl had a name tag that said Tandy.

I was just here less than an hr ago at 8:56 pm. I ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard & when I received it in my hand, it was sooo messy & had strawberry sauce all on the sides. I had to ask for napkins to wipe the sides! Second, I stated that I wanted the extra strawberries in the center, instead I received it all on top. I told the cashier & she said the couldn't, it's just like that. No it is not! I will not come to this location ever again. Bad customer service & wrong order! No one even said anything when I pulled up to the menu/speaker, I had to drive & sit at the windows until I finally knocked on the window...smh. Svr: 009 serving drive thru was terrible!

Shorted my order and wouldn’t offer a receipt for my proof of purchase. You people stole from me red handed and would not give me my receipt so that it could be proven that I had indeed paid for the items. Good thing I have my receipt from my online order

Front desk didn't know what she was doing. Had to go back to cook, maybe manager which was nice. Still the lady didn't get my order correct.
The employees were talking, joking and having a good time. What wasn't cool was they sone were cussing. It wasn't eavesdropping they were loud enough it could be heard across the dining area. I'm an adult but you don't want to hear that after a long day. While trying to enjoy a meal.

How is this place open? Didn’t even eat here so can’t judge the food. Walked in and the girl at the counter was talking to a friend and there was no acknowledgment, they just kept TALKING and we stood there waiting. There was another couple there and the man was waiting for her to finish as well, he waiting on ice cream that she didn’t make because she was talking. After her friend finally left she asked the man what he needed and she said “oh yeah” and walked away. Her other co workers also ignored us so we just left.

This location has become stingy with toppings. If I wanted to pay for vanilla ice cream I’d go to HEB. Either need to change my order or consider giving business somewhere else. Try the new paleta bar in downtown instead.
