Ordered for delivery and still had no status for a hour, I tried to call multiple times and no one answered so I went to pick it up and the guy was very rude and had a attitude, and when I take the food to my car I realize everything’s also cold

Their reputation speaks for itself. I ordered ahead but when I went to pick up my order, I waited for 10 minutes at the drive up window without getting noticed. Eventually, I had to park and enter the store to get my order. The clerk says they cannot see when a customer comes to the window. It's not in the best place.

Hello, Our organization placed a large order from store located at 4301 So. 31st Temple Texas. Manager Desmond and team were AWESOME. He worked with our group to provide on-time pick up, great deal and the pizza was hot and delicious. Wonderful customer service!

My order in total was 61.48 I ordered 2 cheese pizzas the brownie and cooking combo Already pasta, loading wings, and a medium pan people’s choice pizza 4 out of the 6 products was uncooked the brownie was uncooked and still doughy the pasta it’s self was not even portion for r4c standard as well the people’s choice pizza on medium pan dough was uncooked the cheese was not a golden crisp which is not store standard and to top it all off we had to wait 5 minutes in the drive thru before getting helped from the manager that was right in front of us

Asked for more garlic oil on the crust they told me no and to do it on the app and that’s not even an option, I would’ve payed more. You better off going to the West Adam’s location.

Awegil. Pizza was cold, burned. It was 28.00 for half mushroom half supreme. The supreme was not supreme. It has burned mushrooms too. I'm o more dominos. Used to love their pizza but been burned twice now
Today my experience with dominoes is like no other I moved my truck up to the pick up window the lady just look at me 45 minutes sitting at the window after a 13 minute order no one greeted me or nothing never thought I would write a bad review about this Domino's because I frequently come here and eat but today was horrible I was actually angry almost at driving to this Domino's after work after a busy day it was so long that the car behind me went around and went inside this day will be my last and this was my favorite location once is enough for me and then I went inside and the same lady that saw me at the window when I was at the counter never looked up while on the phone never made eye contact she played on the repeating the same sentence to stall me another younger gentleman came and took my order then when I got my order the pizza was just crust no cheese no sauce just pepperoni I should've taken a picture of it but why would lie about something like this the place was dead walking in I wasted time waiting at the pick up window money cause the food was horrible snd again time writing this post when I could be doing something else no communication no quality pizza no ingredients no sauce no satisfaction and no life and a lack of professionalism I hope the owner or CEO read this cause my whole dinner was ruined and for reasons like this is why I don't eat out as much at restaurants thank you for reassuring my Decision to not to do that. UNACCETABLE

Let me be so for real. The pizza I picked up tonight was GOD TIER. Super cheesy, saucy, for $9.99 (with the current deal.) But for real, I order here a few times a month and they never do me dirty and I can easily pick-up via drive thru (and order on the app.) whatever crew that they had tonight though, did their thang.
