Make sure to ask for FRESH DOUGH when ordering a pizza at this location. I ordered online. The toppings were hot and semi fresh. The dough for the pizza was old. The dough for the cinnamon twists were fresher than the pizza dough. I called and spoke to āCasey the manager?ā after Stephen answered the phone. I gave a compliment on the pizza being hot and fresh cinnamon twists but the pizza dough is old. Casey only said, āOkā when I told him who I was, what I ordered, gave the compliment, then complained about the crust. He only kept saying āokā. I felt like I was talking to an AI without the āIā. Iāve been eating pizzas for over 50 years, I am a retired chef and been making GREAT doughs from scratch the majority of my life. It doesnāt take a genius to tell old dough when eating it and now my sensitive stomach is bubbling. Ridiculous to spend almost $40 on old dough pizza that doesnāt taste right, doesnāt rise properly and is very dense and to receive fresh dough for twists in the same online orderā¦crazy. I have pictures but canāt find where to post them. This location should be consistent with their products, fresh is always desired but if using old dough for one item then use old dough for all items in that orderā¦the difference wouldnāt be so obvious to most. I still can tell a difference but Iām not like most. They should have better customer service as well, better management than someone that only knows how to say his name and one word āokā Iām going to the bathroom now.

I made a mistake ordering on the app and tried to call quickly after ordering. By the time I got through to a live person, I saw it was in the prep stage. They told me that I couldn't change it as it was already made. So I am stuck with chicken and tomato sauce which I HATE together. My own fault but damn it. They actually make it too fast. And now I go hungry because I'm getting pizza that grosses me out. Grrr. And now, it's been in Quality Check mode for 30 minutes...everyone else is getting hangry now too!
Amanda on morning shift is a machine! That woman works hard. She has super mom aura. I was waiting for my order and I noticed her doing everything in the back as well as helping the lady in the front. She's so efficient, give that woman a raise!
