Took a while for pizza to get to my car, pizza was overdone, poorly cut- pieces were uneven and it wasn't cut all the way through very disappointing.

Have not had Domino's pizza in a bit (normally we pickup Pizza Hut or Papa John's) but I am genuinely impressed! The crust was incredibly tasty! And the crew all seemed like rockstars! This will be our new go to for take out pizza!

Twice in a row ,I paid for Parmesan, marinara, ranch I wasn't given,I assumed it was inside boxes ,I left when I got all Way home in county out in moffat no Parmesan or any other stuff I added extra in boxes both times I bought ,on second trip I also ordered a two liter coke an I had to ask for it When I stood there after given pizzas they asked what did I need again reminded of my drink and that time I asked for my extras I ordered like parmesan and marinara ,ranch directly after paying for purchase I mentioned that it wasn't in box the time before & nothing else was said ,not even offering me a discount or asking if I'd like to speak to manager,we were tired , just got my paid food and left no energy to argue ???

These people can't even handle a pizza delivery. Pizza tracker showed it was delivered but no one ever showed up. I called to cancel my order and asked for a refund, Samantha assisted me and granted my request, no apologies. I went to Cici's pizza across town. Never ordering from this location again. Very frustrating....
Very nice delivery guy. Delivery didn’t take as long as I was told it would. Both pizzas were way too done, almost to the point of being burnt. We felt like our meal was ruined as we hadn’t ordered pizza in a long time and was looking forward to it.

Samantha, one of the female managers, is absolutely horrible and hung up in my face after telling her she was not being very helpful. The first time I tried ordering a pizza delivered to my house, I had to spend some time on the phone with the male manager because there was an error with my newer address being in a delivery zone and the driver delivered my pizza to the wrong pin point. The male manager made sure I was taken care and credited me a free pizza on my account AFTER having my second pizza delivered to my doorstep correctly. I am trying to redeem this free pizza today but I am still having issues with my delivery address and the coupon does not allow carry out. She kept cutting me off and speaking over me and basically told me it’s a corporate thing and wouldn’t help me. I told her she is being extremely unhelpful and that this must be a joke, she hung up on me. She also accused me of trying to get a free pizza from them when I already had one? Samantha should not be a manager at all.

The thin pizza that I got was almost burnt and I asked him why and they said that's just the way they come out. So I asked them to remake it and it was a regular hand tossed pizza and that was over done as well. I'm not happy at all with their pizzas and I probably won't be going there again.
