For $10 I get almost a 12oz cup of rebel. Mind you I also asked for light ice and this is the 3rd time I’ve gotten a cup full of ice all the way to the brim. This used to be my favorite place to get drinks but now I’m just gonna go to 7Brew

Order a cookie butter chai tea and get cookie butter on top very little. When I asked why they don't put it on the side she said I'm sorry and didn't do anything about it. I would order a chai tea if I wanted that!

Customer service has really declined the last couple of months. For the price of the drinks it doesn't really make sense anymore. I have been a loyal customer since it opened but probably won't be returning.
