I love Dutch Bros! I’m usually more of a West Adams regular, but today their store had a busted pipe and they were closed (still love them)! I went to this store as a backup, and they were super busy. They handled the extra rush well, were taking orders from the line in the cold, and were so awesome! Special shoutout to the barista in the gray and black hoodie who was exceptional, honored an app bonus point promo a couple minutes after the noon deadline, and again tolerated the cold to take orders on the tablet! May your tips be amazing forever and always :)

This was my first time to try Dutch Brothers coffee. The drive-thru which had two cars in front of me took 15 minutes and then they got my order wrong. Pleasant employees but the whole experience is not worth it - plus the chai I ordered was overly sweetened and very watery.
