Estella's Food offers top-notch flavor with excellent service, providing genuine home-cooked meals. Known for the best birria tacos in town, they also serve delicious gorditas and quesabirria. The consomé is described as liquid gold, and the charro beans are out of this world. Customers praise the flavorful salsa, with the spicy red being a favorite. The birria tacos are amazing and good size, the meat was tender, and so flavorful. The Hulk is top-notch, and the biria quesadilla is delicious. The owner works very hard. The young man that helped with orders does his own snow cones as well, and they are delicious. Estella's Food is a superb little food truck with great street tacos and other options.
