Freebirds World Burrito

Unable to order online because it couldn't validate my basket. I even downloaded the app! I can't get out and have never had Freebirds so I was trying something new. Hopefully I am the only one.

Food is great, but I went in yesterday for lunch and didn’t realize it would be so busy. I had placed an online order and was told it’d be another 10 minutes when I got there.

I had to get to work, so I asked the employee if he could just cancel my order, and he said I could. There was no option to on the app. The phone number doesn’t work. They didn’t start making my order, so who are they to keep my money?

I went here on my lunch break. I had a long piece of hair in my food called several times to report my experience and no one ever answered

My wife and I just left there. There were two guys at the front and neither one said hi or even acknowledged that we were there. My wife said one was Jacob and the other guy's name started with a J. It's like 8:00, why would you act like you're about to close and be so unwelcoming. Love the food but left because that is not service!

Fist time eating here great food and friendly staff. Way better then any of the other burritos places . And great music. . I will definitely be back. Love the Monday special. Great weekly specials.

Horrible customer service, and the food was undercooked. NEVER again!!!

This was terrible customer service. Not sure if they were trained this way but I had to beg for cheese to be added on my burrito. I laughed when they attempted to place like 9 flecks of cheese on my burrito. Long story short: never again.

Ordered food for the family to go. Ordered a chili cheese burger but instead of separating it out for travel they just spilled in soup into a to go tray with my fries and patty just giving me a mushy mess with no chilli on my burger.

Bland tasteless food,got the extra protein and other was still only a tiny bit of meat. Will not be back

Disappointed with Service and Quality
We ordered two Monster burritos and had to wait over 30 minutes past our order time to receive them. When they finally arrived, they were missing several of the ingredients we specifically requested. One of the burritos looked poorly assembled and far from the standard we expected—definitely not worth the wait. The franchise owner should seriously evaluate both the customer service and the quality control at this location.

I can get down with Freebirds. It’s great! Easy, cheap, and fills you up. However no matter how many times I have asked to get a side of queso in my order, whether that’s a mobile order or a face-to-face order, I can rarely get a single side dip of queso from this location! It’s like a ball of empty foil just ends up in my bag instead. Where’s the queso??

The food in general was bland, no good flavors that make it great. The guac was dark so I decided to get a side of queso instead. Overall, quality of the food is just not there. I would rather go to Chipotle that has much better quality and flavor.
