I was just at this place to get some ice cream and the customer service was horrible taking over 30 minutes just standing buy the front just laughing while a line of people starting to form. We had to walk out and when we did it was a dead roach on the floor. This place is usually good but once you start hiring teenagers and there no real adults that's not trying to be their friend you get horrible customer service like what we just got.

Made a bday cake for my kiddo and it was yummy. Staff was polite and helpful. My only gripe is that they didn't have the big red ice cream as shown on their website.

I have been coming here when they were originally Maggie moos. My whole family loves it and the owner is very kind. My reason for the review is because I want this place to get some recognition. They are very very accommodating. My daughter was newly diagnosed with celiacs disease. And all I have to do is tell them that she has celiacs and they scoop her sorbet from the back and mix it back there with all fresh cut fruit so there is little to no cross contamination risks for us. I know they can’t guarantee no cross contamination but I love that they go the extra mile for my daughter so we still have a place to come and enjoy ice cream.

I was dressed in jeans and a troop 177 shirt nothing fancy I was served by a red hair girl blue eyes and was served like a 5 star place big scoops good toppings and the prices are fair too

My family stopped for dessert on Monday night 8/12, it was delicious. The young ladies serving were very nice and patient while we tried to figure out what we wanted. So many flavors and toppings to choose from. It was so good!! ?
Just like the Marble Slab creamery we used to go to in Houston.

Have gone here several times, so I was excited to order from here on door dash. Unfortunately, they only sent half of the order. It left me frustrated and questioning if I want to go back.

I walked in and noticed what appeared to be a man training some new hires. At any rate, I did not receive a greeting as the rest of the customers did. As I stood there waiting to be assisted, I noticed that not all of the employees were assisting customers. I waited patiently before someone asked for my order. Thereafter, I went to the counter to checkout and again the young man that was training kept talking to the employees as if he didn't see me. After a few minutes he turned his head and asked if I was waiting to checkout. It didn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Needless to say, the customer service for "certain" people is downright horrible. I hope you get it right next time.

I'm a regular. I always order a pint of ice cream. With topping and no topping. She hardly put any icecream in the pint cup. It wasn't even near the top. And I paid 6.00 for this. This is the second time this happened.
