my husband daughter and i went into freezing point on 12/28 and order two take a break cheese cakes in a waffle cone and my daughter asked for cotton candy milkshake the lady asked her 3x if she wanted whipped cream and a cherry my daughter said no all 3 times. while waiting for our ice cream to be made the young man cashing out my husband sked what we ordered my husband said “two” and ghe guy behind the counter said i didnt ask you how many scoops i asked what you order my husband saud if you ket me finish we irfer two taje a break abd a jarge cotton candy shake. ohhhhand btw the shake had whipped cream and a cherry! also my husbad didnt see that they dodnt take a $50 but i stead of saying “hey im sorry we cant take anything over a $20” instead he was very very rude to us my daughter was embarrassed and left crying. not to mention our waffle cone ended up in a bowl

I am a delivery driver and twice in the same night I had a 20 min wait after they had 15 minutes before I even arrived. When you are getting paid per order this is extremely frustrating and costs me money. I won't be taking orders from here again

We found our new place we have been looking for, it has the best ice cream. And toppings galore. Toppings are as much as you want. No cost or weighting per toppings. This is a great place for all. We will be bringing the grandkids here. Fabulous plus staff is so kind and happy to work here. Plus it’s super clean !!!!!

I took my stepdaughter to Freezing Point while we were waiting for our puppy to be ready at Petco, and it turned out to be the perfect little stop. It’s a cute place for ice cream, and the moment you walk in, it smells amazing—like freshly baked waffles. They offer waffle cones and bowls, which makes it even more fun.

The ice cream itself was really yummy. My stepdaughter got chocolate mixed with chocolate birthday cake and white chocolate chips (a total chocolate lover’s dream), and I ordered cheesecake and strawberry mixed together—such a good combo! The flavors were rich and creamy without being too sweet.

The staff was super nice, and the store was clean and welcoming. We had a great little treat break and would definitely come back!

Excellent ice-cream cakes. All items are tasty!

Ice cream was really good. But i would recommend the staff to wear a hairnet and gloves for it to be sanitary. Staff is handling directly the food should wear these stuff.
