For a walk-in, take-out, single Boba drink… I sat and waited for over 20 minutes. Then, after seeing my finished drink just sitting on the counter (no one called my name or number), it took another 5 minutes to get an employee’s attention. No apology. Completely unacceptable. It’s a shame, too, because the drink was delicious…
***My number was not said, I was paying very close attention. It was not loud. My drink was made 20 minutes after I ordered it… and it was left sitting by the machine behind the counter, not within reach.

I often get boba from here, i came in today and wanted to try a different flavor, i asked the lady working if she’s tried the honeydew flavor. She said yes stern and me and my friend giggled, because we were just tying to figure out if the flavor was good and was met w an attitude. after paying she asked if we have a problem with how she responded, then we tried to descalate the situation to which she told us she was rejecting our service..

Customer service: great customer service. The girl that took my order today made sure that they put the sauce on the side, and when I opened my bag at my table she rushed to make sure there wasn’t any mistakes. I love the care the employees have.
Food: the food is amazing!! I mean I have no complaints at all. Everything was so full of flavor. The salmon is very smooth and soft!

I hate to give the drink a 2 star cause it was so delicious but after I got close to the halfway mark I felt something weird in my mouth and idk what it is but it looks disgusting and now I don't wanna finish my drink. Hopefully it wasn't anything nasty, it kinda felt like prichuto.
Edit. I feel like an idiot. Those are rose petals! This place is amazing and even with the weird texture of the rose petal the taste was amazing. Will be back

Demolished the building our own bowl. This was exactly what I needed. When I first walked up to order the person behind register was kinda rude but I fixed that. Other than that. Food was great and nice atmosphere.
