Bought a gender revel cake and for Mothers day we were going to find out the gender. But we got the cake and upon paying for it, right by the price tag, was the color they put in the cake. It was very disappointing as that’s how we found out the gender instead of getting to cut the cake open at home like intended. Of course I’m pregnant so it was emotional. We paid for the cake and left. Haven’t tasted the cake. I’m sure it will taste great but the service was not great. When I talked to the baker we discussed being desecrate and it sure wasn’t.

No one ever answers phone calls in the pharmacy. Today my phone was at 52 minutes when I called a front of the store mgr. to get help. I was promised my med two nights ago and wasn't done when I went in at 6:15pm. I needed the med delivered today as I have been out for 3 days. This happens every time not just sometimes. The girl in the pharmacy was angry talking with me and said she is the only one in the pharmacy to answer phone calls. This is not acceptable.

I recently had a full sheet cake made at HEB bakery for my Mother's 90th Bday. i was extremely satisfied with both the taste and the decoration. Would like to recommend this decorator to anyone and everyone...don't know her name but here's a big shout out to you...Thank you so much!!!

Thank You to the awesome HEB Bakery team. My nephew asked for a Titanic theme cake. While HEB did not have this as one of their standard options, they offered to build an ocean & iceberg. I bought my own ship. Together, we made one 8 year old real happy. Thanks for the awesome job!!

I grew up in this H-E-B love the smell of it Richard is the best store manager there he is always fast friendly and smart I only go back because of Richard what a great asset to this store Richard truly makes my experience magical in the store always. When you go in ask for Richard tell him I sent you you won't regret it l. Thanks Richard for all of your hard work and always making my experience great at the store Richard
Service has improved. Kinda sketchy crowd but its expected in the Little Detroit part of town. They've got onsite security. Good HEB value in an old school dingy 1970s type store.

I wanted to take the time to show respect for the "little" HEB here in Temple. Though the store is dated the people and service there are amazing. I have never had a bad experience. They seem to go the extra mile for customers whether it be finding something or their checkout/baggers.Tthey are always helpful and pleasant. Great Job shout out to them all!
