I stopped by hat creek to grab a meal prior to going home, from the point of making my order too getting my food super hot, Michael was so friendly, and I tried to tip him because it is a lost art🙏🏽

Hat Creek Burger Company is a win for families! The gluten-free chicken nuggets are amazing, and the hamburgers are absolutely delicious. The playground is perfect for kids to run off energy while you relax, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve been here tons of times but I wanted to write a review about our experience last night. It was literally the best service ever. Michael is amazing and he needs a raise and a bonus and more PTO and whatever he could possibly get for his incredible demeanor and just for being an outstanding human. Just from him being there alone made the experience 100x better

Came in on the way back from Dallas to SA the food was fresh and good , but the best part was Michael. He is their cashier. He was dope , amazing customer service, great attitude and hella funny. Yall better do what you can to keep him around. Great food but Michael... 10 out of 10.

I don’t know who’s in charge of making the SWEET tea, but it is not sweet AT ALL. It’s always tea and ice, but not a lick of sugar. Texas doesn’t know how to do sweet tea?? I’m from NC and this doesn’t even taste like diabetes. I need my tea sweet lmao

I had not been in here since I had an unpleasant experience a couple of years ago. I am really glad we have them another try. We have eaten here twice in the last week. Both times the burgers have been great andvthe sweet potato fries were perfect!
I need to give a shout out to Michael for great customer service and to thank Joey for checking in on our table to make certain we were enjoying our food.
The customer service was so much better than when I tried it before. So long as it stays like this, I will be back!
