Don't come here if you are hungry. Waited almost an hour for 2 burgers and 2 frys. Place was a disaster and trash and greasy finger prints all over the sauce counter. Watched employee just brush all the stuff onto the ground and not clean it up. Ice all over floor puddles of water on ground ignored by employee. Very disorganized and hygiene not up to restaurant standards. Was hoping this place would be good, but after this experience, I won't be back or recommend. The wait was not worth the food we got. Very very salty

Waited about 20 mins in the drive through and ended up not getting what I paid for. Ordered a double got a single, and the fries were cold.
Idk maybe it was an off night for them but for the price and wait don't think I'll be giving it another chance.

Passing through town and saw the 4+ star rating. Never heard of the place. When I pulled up and saw a big playground I should have left then. Obviously that’s what the star rating was for as the food was disgusting. I literally spit it out and threw it away. Absolutely no flavor. If you want a kid friendly place and don’t care about good food, this is a great place. Like a burger Chuck E Cheese. 🤢

I am a regular to Hat Creek, and tonight was the worst experience , order came out wrong for 2 sandwiches they remade one and said the other would be right out and later found out it was never made ,staff was in my opinion a little rude and one person in our party never got to eat. We ended up getting a refund of the missing sandwich and left unfortunately it will be a wile before we return that is if we decide to return please take your money elsewhere that will welcome you to there restaurant.

Took 25 min to get our order, and they still couldn't get it right. They were not busy. Forgot cheese on my burger and forgot our chicken nuggets which were cold and sitting off to the side. Fries were cold. Seriously terrible experience. Was supposed to be dine in but took it to go since we'd already waited so long.
