The food here was SO good.

We popped over for lunch between appointments at the hospital. The vibe was a little different, so we weren’t sure what to expect. My daughter ordered some boring kid food, but they were out. We ended up getting butter chicken and tikka masala. You could hear them cooking it to order and it smelled amazing. It was super hot when it came out, and fresh.

Just had the leftovers, remembered how tasty it was, and had to review.

Definitely not indian or pakistani taste. Even vegetarian dishes are as high in price as those with zabiha halal meats. And, very stingy and small portions of even the lentils. No consistency in flavor or ingredients in the same dishes, each time I order the same as before it has a new non Indian or pakistani taste to it with slight variation in the ingredients.

So first, I want to say that I'm BIG on punctuation!lol but seriously, this place is a future no-go for us. A very popular Indian/Middle Eastern place is normally our go to...and I won't say who Roopa is but she is amazing!!! I ordered 3 butter chicken and 1 chicken curry, and two "garlic naan". When my wife opened the containers, she said, "where's the food?". I added pictures for what we got per container. I called and spoke to a guy and he eventually passed the phone, to a lady. I asked who am I speaking to, and she said, "a restaurant employee". I don't care what her name is; I just like to know who I'm talking to. She then read back the order, and got confused as to what I actually ordered when I went inside to pick up the food, it's was mass confusion as to where the order was. Unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend...

Today, we (me, my wife, and a friend)visited to enjoy the food from Indo Pak Restaurant N Grill in Temple, Texas. We ordered Beef Pulao, and it was very delicious. We found the real taste of Indian food in Texas to be amazing. One plate is more than enough for two people, and the price is convenient. After the meal, we ordered Masala Tea, which is also 10/10. The service and restroom are good.

Solid Indian food here! I honestly didn't know this place was here, but was craving some butter chicken. My wife and I both had that (hers was of the non spicy variety) and we both enjoyed it. I also tried the chicken 65, which was a bit spicier and really full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and the portions were pretty sizeable, enough so that we had to get take home containers. The Naan was super light and airy, definitely a necessity for bitter chicken in my book. Overall, we really like this spot and will definitely be coming back when we are craving some Indian food!

Kid-friendliness: Short kids menu, but I'm sure you can find something for them. We went without our kiddos this time.

Lousy food, lousy service. Chicken wings out of a bag. No Indian flavor. I asked for flats. I got all drumettes. Mutton stew mostly bones. Had to ask repeatedly for drinks. Same with check. Don't waste your time or money.

This place is awesome! Very friendly staff, piping hot delicious food, and the restaurant itself is very tidy. It seems family owned which is all the better in my opinion! Love this place and will definitely be back soon with as many people as I can fit in my car :)!!!!

Vegetarian options: There was a good portion of the menu that was vegetarian and they all looked like delicious options!

Parking: Tons of parking in the plaza

Wheelchair accessibility: The building seems wheel chair accessible except that the door is not automatic.

First time trying the restaurant and my husband and I will be back again to have again. The green tea was GREAT and the gentleman that served us was polite and helpful. It was a lot of food so we took it to go for dinner and it was extremely satisfying. If you want something different than like Cotton Patch or McDonald's, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Very refreshing to experience something culturally different.

Parking: Not a busy plaza at all
