The smashed bacon swiss Jack was very good, and the curly fries are tasty. This is not the greatest neighborhood, so they don't leave things like condiments out. I had to ask for ketchup for my fries. The bathroom was nice and seemed clean. Overall it's your typical J in the B.

Man Vicky griffin and reggie did their thing ths morning I got 3 Supreme Sour dough Sandwiches 🥪 and my bread was nice an buttery and Sandwich was so juicy and not dry Thank You so much 💗 and they are funny witty and professional and make me smile every time I see them working I know my food is gonna be right thank for hooking ths cat up

I'm at the drive thru now and the wait it ridiculous. There are no cars in the Drive-Thru. That was one in front of me he waited 5 minutes. When I pulled up they talking about give me a moment. I've been sitting here literally for 5 minutes waiting for that moment.

Went here about 2 months ago while on a road trip, cashier was very nice to me and my family. We all got our food within 10 minutes and muched away.

EVERY. Single. Time. My family comes to this location or any of our local jacks, our food or either wrong, missing, or gross. Tortilla was hard and old, bun was hard and old, drinks were completely wrong and modifications not followed, complete items just missing. And it's not just this location, all three in my area suck!!! Do better

Tried to get some shakes one evening and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. The people inside spoke through the speaker twice but never to actually take our order. We were the only ones in line and when we drove past the window did not see any guests inside either. So no idea what we were waiting for. Not coming back to this location.
