Tortilla was hard and old, bun was hard and old, drinks were completely wrong and modifications not followed, complete items just missing. And it's not just this location, all three in my area suck!!! Do better

Tried to get some shakes one evening and sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. The people inside spoke through the speaker twice but never to actually take our order. We were the only ones in line and when we drove past the window did not see any guests inside either. So no idea what we were waiting for. Not coming back to this location.

Can get busy and have a bit of a line, that's in the drive thru. The way I see it is if there's a line, that's a good sign
Parking: Jack in the Box Adams and 3rd Street. Right on the edge of downtown Temple. Foods always hot and fresh, that's worth the wait. Staff is friendly to me.
Went for 2 burgers!A Buttery jack and a ultimate cheeseburger plain!one burger had mayo lettuce and the white cheese that goes on the ultimate.But missing another Patty and 2 cheeses!Well and plus it was supposed to be plain!The other had a piece of meat and 1 strip of bacon!The dining room has chairs all beat up The store was a wreck!Poop on the toilet seat!
With my drink and my food great, I have no napkins to wipe my hands. It doesn’t matter if I get only an iced coffee or a drink and food I haven’t received napkins for a long time with my order.

I tried going here with my mother, and I have never heard so much profanity from behind the counter, sitting at the table right now I can hear a worker arguing with what I assume is her boyfriend on the phone. It made me and my mom very uncomfortable. The girl working the counter and the person working fryers were very sweet, and I genuinely felt bad they had to work in that environment
