I got two of their French toast platters w bacon and sausage and eggs and both platters had NO French toast at all but they didn’t forget to give me syrup. Absolutely ridiculous and when I called three times no one answered. Incredibly annoyed.

I came came on Wednesday, November 20 at 2:50 in the morning. They said that their card machine was down, but I know that they just didn’t want to cook.
When I showed up, they were all just hanging out out front smoking cigarettes, and laughing. Likely story.

Drive through waits can be long but the dining room isn't recommended - it's not dirty per se (except the high chairs) but dark and in mild disrepair and maybe 55 degrees inside, bring a sweater.

Oh I guess they stop serving when they’re switching shifts it is 5:25 in the morning and I was told that they are switching out and they don’t switch out till 6 o’clock so you stop serving food and stop serving because you’re switching out in 40 minutes place is a joke
I went for a late night snack and the employees were acting very weird. Completely not focused on work at all, being loud and obnoxious, one guy even ran by and slapped a girl's butt to be funny, all in front of me while I'm trying to just order a couple of things. The food came out fine but the service wasn't great at all!

Reviews here sounds to me like I should stay clear of this place, Huh? Maybe I need to just make my own food at home and go to HEB more often since you guys cannot operate a fast food place with national advertising and an easy set menu. Jack in the Box stores are franchises......so there ya go.
