I don’t know the restaurants managers name but she’s an angel sent from god I wanted to give a shout out to her and her staff that was so friendly to me .. I came in and we was talking about how everyone was buying all the toilet paper up from the stores and how I needed to find some for my sick child at home she walked to the back and to the front with a roll of toilet paper and said take this she will have enough to last till you find some.. I just wanted to say I appreciate you and your generosity and the staff that was willing to go beyond your job description .. thank you again - Danii !! This is the little stuff that matters that goes unnoticed.. your so sweet and I seen how your employees loved you and Thats what it’s all about ! When you have a good manager you have good employees & and successful atmosphere to enjoy your job keep up the good work I loved the vibes of the smiling faces

I don’t mind spending my money on a fairly decent meal, but when you go to this restaurant it is so cold you cannot enjoy your meal or your guests. Because this is a consistent issue we will no longer be going to this restaurant. They need to get a new ice cream machine as well since the customer actually pay to have the machine in the restaurant

I actually just ordered cookies from tiff’s cookies. But I went to pick them up. There was a gentleman at the cashiers desk that was helping a couple of men in front of me. He was so incredibly attentive to them and explained different menu items and what was available and what he recommended. And I was very impressed by him. He actually appeared to love what he did and really Wanted to help these guys out. Like he took it personally that they had a good experience and that they got what they wanted/needed. So very, very few people portray That. I got his name, Ian, because I had to let you guys know how outstanding he is. I hope the managers and the people higher Up will acknowledge his excellence. The visit was on 1/5/2026.

We went in around 2:30 or so on Sunday and it was not busy at the moment. Maybe 2-3 tables with charmers still there. There were, however, 15-20 dirty tables throughout the restaurant. It was very dirty. We ordered for three people and two of the three orders came out within 5 minutes, since they were just soups. I waited approximately 20-30 minutes or so for my grilled cheese and tomato soup, but they never came. I decided to get a refund and leave since my family finished and my order still hadn’t arrived. Overall, a very poor experience.

Wonderful, relaxing lunch experience with the food we know and love. Though the reason for my review is their exceptional service, which is above the level I've received at most restaurants lately. Everyone at this location is warm and friendly and seem happy to be working there, even on a holiday.
Ian took my order at the register, he was very kind and professional. And my food was ready very quickly.

This has been a regular lunch place for sometime. We love coming here and look forward to a midday break. The food is solid and tasty. But the people really make it. From the managers to each employee everyone seems to take interest in making sure our experience was great. It seems like they anticipate what you might need and offer it or bring it before you even ask. The staff is friendly and pleasant. They seem to really enjoy their jobs and people in general. I recommend this place anytime. The salad bar is always filled and has plenty of options. Honestly, the best salad bar in town.I even saw the Mgr take food outside in the rain for a pickup. And it’s always very clean everywhere. Never have seen them complain about a request for something special at the tables when they deliver food or with how messy some guests make their spaces. They just smile and keep working hard. Love the decorations for all the seasons too.

My mom, brother and I came into eat at Jason’s and received phenomenal service! Lawanda (I hope I got her name right) was amazing! We got the salad bar and a sandwich. Their salad bar is top tier and always so fresh. The facility is very clean and welcoming. One of the best Jason’s Delis we’ve been to!
