Ordered giant chipotle cheesesteak double meat through door dash, took over 45 minutes to make, was deliveres cold, no double portion and was made with chicken instead of steak, for over $30 on 1 sub you would expect better this place is terrible

Great sandwiches. I’m never disappointed by the food here. Be prepared to wait an extra couple minutes. Staff is very friendly but there is always some minimal delay. It’s a good reason to walk around and look at the photos on the wall.

I ordered a giant sub with extra meat and extra cheese i called to tell them that wasn't what I got and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and I should call back tomorrow also said I had already called when I had not the guy then said well we can't do anything about it so call tomorrow we'll be open. This all occurred at 7:30 food was picked up at 7:20 took it back and they it's got meat on it still didn't get what I ordered or payed for this is the best way to lose loyal customers.

Value just isn't there. The sandwiches are alright but not $30 for a large #7, 2 chips and 2 drinks and $2 tip. My daughter loves this place and it's unfortunate I had to cut back from once a week to once every few months.

This will be the last time I’ll be in this jersey mikes had a worst experience for one a employee was in the lobby crying and screaming at her manager or someone in jersey mikes service on the phone talking about “there just mad because I reported them to HR and she won’t do nothing because she’s scared to come up and say something “ and on top of that another employee was saying pretty loudly to the girl on the phone “ tell them there’s rat in this place on my mama there’s rat in this place” as I was ordering my food but didn’t know if they were joking or not because he was laughing about it to his coworker I would’ve left but I paid for my food already and didn’t wanna cause a scene about getting a refund from what he said but this will be the last time I ever step foot or order from

Everyone was so concerned about making the Togo orders that it was so confusing standing there. The staff was more interested in talking to each other about their weekend than talking to the customer. Very rude and I won't be going back to this location. Not gonna happen.
Excellent service, food and experience everytime. The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. Management and ownership is excellent. Great place!

I’ll come when you order without onions and green peppers they don’t freaking put green peppers on there and they don’t cut the sandwich you don’t listen to your customers

First off, this was our first ever time to eat at a Jersey Mike's, and so, these are the 1st impressions: The store looked clean, the staff were very friendly. We placed an online order, and it was ready at their pick-up shelf location when I arrived. Our order was incorrect, however, and this is one of the reasons they didn't receive 5 stars. The second reason is that I tried to call them about it, and no one picked up the phone. The sandwich they messed up was an easy, no changes to it order; Giant Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak. Instead, we received a Giant Famous Philly. 😞 I was already back home, and my husband had to return back to work. We were very disappointed since it was our first time having JM's sandwiches.

Cheese was not melted on two phillys should have known when she took our order then had beg dave the cook to come cook them he cooked the meat then put it in the bread the flopped the cheese on them
