Everyone was so concerned about making the Togo orders that it was so confusing standing there. The staff was more interested in talking to each other about their weekend than talking to the customer. Very rude and I won't be going back to this location. Not gonna happen.

First off, this was our first ever time to eat at a Jersey Mike's, and so, these are the 1st impressions:
The store looked clean, the staff were very friendly. We placed an online order, and it was ready at their pick-up shelf location when I arrived.
Our order was incorrect, however, and this is one of the reasons they didn't receive 5 stars. The second reason is that I tried to call them about it, and no one picked up the phone.

Um....there is a thing.i was charged for 2 giant 13s and I only bought one...just Mayne watch your receipt...I didn't until I got home and one giant 13 with bacon was 40 bucks...card slid forward didn't think..and then home
..my bad..still...awesome sandwich
