You order rosemary Parmesan, you get white bread. Order wheat, you get white bread. Order a wrap, you get white bread. And the lettuce and tomatoes always taste like they’ve been sitting out all day. Nobody there knows how to read a DoorDash order. I’ve given them multiple chances. Out of 8, they have only gotten one order right. I’ll be glad when they send us to a new job site and we get to try a different jimmy johns. Worst jimmy johns I’ve ever eaten from

My #11 Country club sandwich is so fresh every time. The customer service is outstanding. The restaurant is so clean and it makes me feel comfortable knowing I am going to enjoy fresh, clean food super fast!

Food wasn’t up to par. I would have asked for a refund after my first few bites but I don’t live in the area and didn’t want to waste more of my gas or money due to their behalf. I was the only car in the drive thru and it took over 15 mins just to get my food….cold food. They even said sorry for the wait. But why was there a wait? Nobody was inside and I was the only car. Wanted to try the new Mediterranean wrap because it looked amazing but was highly disappointed. Took over ten mins to make this cold wrap and there was barely any chicken. Highly disappointed. Tasted like I was eating a vegetarian wrap. Won’t ever be back. You can see in the picture one small piece of chicken compared to all the lettuce. Over $10 wrap for just lettuce. Smh

Have to say, this was some top notch service. I placed an order and soon received a call where they told me they didn't have any drivers available.
However, if I was willing to wait, they would be happy to bring the order by after they closed up. They were closing in an hour and I figured it would be worth the wait, especially because I was trying to get some food for my wife and I for after our new baby was born.
Logan (I believe this is the name) showed up as agreed after they closed! We are very grateful and really appreciate the follow through and clear communication! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Well after ordering and verify order twice, when delivered , noticed payed for extra cheese and extra oil and got no extra anything. So if could give no stars would as don't deserve it for sure. And when called back to tell them they were we can't do anything now. So will hopefully never call them again terrible customer service.

Today's Vito was perfect. Enough meat and cheese on the sandwich which in the past it was lacking. I did request extra provolone today since I like to taste the cheese along with the meat. Good job jjs

They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations.

So I really wanted to stick with this place as I've always enjoyed Jimmy John's but this location is the worst. Literally the last 3 times I've ordered, my sandwich was made incorrectly. I'm sorry but $21(with tip) to have a veggie sandwhich, side, drink delivered that's always consistently incorrect is not worth it. Time to try a new place

I've been a fan since they opened until now. I used their delivery service and my order arrived promptly. However, half of the order was not in the box... I asked about it, and the driver said they would be right back with the correct order. that never happened .. I was not refunded my money . I paid for stuff I didn't get. and nothing was added to my rewards...they just took my money and went on with life. I can't afford to pay for stuff I don't get. prices today are too high for that. The driver also kept a hefty tip...I'm done...they did it to me, they'll do it to you. I've spent a lot of money with the Temple store, and I understand mistake happen. God knows I've made my share. But this company made no effort to make it right, and that's why I'm pissed off.
