First time visiting this location in temple I was there visiting and the person at the drive thru was so nice and patient ..best costumer service I ever got at any location . Thank you and my sandwich was so good hot and perfect !! Thank you Jill for your great service . ( The receipt says Jillian but she said her name Jill) We are definitely coming back !!!

I asked for no onions. My sandwich was loaded with onions. Didn’t notice till I got home called the store. He wanted me to bring the sandwich back up there so he could remake it. I didn’t have time for that and I also drive a Yukon a big SUV. I asked him if he was gonna Reimburse my gas. He just laughed So I asked him if I brought the sandwich back up there could he just reimburse me for the sandwich because I did not want another one from that store and he told me no The sandwich was just slopped together I will never go back to that store again or any Jimmy John’s for that matter

Ordered at the drive thru a turkey tom hollowed out bread with extra turkey - saw the employee making it through the window - they didn’t add the extra turkey I paid for or hollowed out the bread. A different employee grabbed the sandwhich to give to me to check out and I asked him hey are you sure it’s hollowed out - he looked like I was bothering him and said yes without checking. Unfortunately it wasn’t hollowed out and I didn’t get the extra turkey I paid for….

Don't order here unless they get a new staff, literally got every order wrong, and didn't care. Something as simple as omitting a few items from each sandwich, 4 in total, which leads me to believe that these sandwiches are pre-made. 7.30pm 4.27.25

So, Jimmy John's no longer does their own delivery. If you order from them, you may or may not get your food. They contract through Uber, and Jimmy John's employees stated they can't cancel the order once placed and can't refund your money because Uber eats has the order. This, mind you, is after ordering directly from Jimmy John's. I would not recommend ordering from them. They also won't take responsibility for their mistakes
