The two dudes working there got our orders wrong and were rude about it when we asked for it to be remade. Definitely made us feel uncomfortable. Won’t be going back there.

I’m sad to say this jimmy John’s is closer to me. But I don’t think I will patronize this location again. They don’t take pride in making sandwiches, my sandwich was sloppy, so overloaded with mayonnaise and avocado, my bread was soggy in places. The lettuce had a generous amount of brown spots. Maybe the staff needs major training. I will continue to drive the extra miles to Belton. They know what they’re doing.

Stopped at this location because Whataburger had been demolished, McDonald's line was too long, and ChikFilet was closed on Sunday. So sad, too bad. Don't go on Sunday. They can take the order but had difficulty completing two sandwiches. They are just regular sandwiches right off the menu.

To provolone or not to provolone, is your only option. To suffer the outrageous lack of choice, No Swiss. No Cheddar. No American. Just a white slice of something mascarading as cheese called provolone. The provolone was on the sandwich but the taste of provolone failed to get onboard. Why is the bread cold? Can cold bread be fresh? Are toasters that expensive? Then there was the ham. I am reasonably sure the ham was ham, or at least 51% was ham. Perhaps mixed, pressed, formed and injected? I don't know. I know it was not my type of ham. Hopefully, your mileage will vary. Try the place. You might like it. You can entertain yourself with the new paint covering the old Arby's design.

this was my first time at this Jimmy John's beautiful design for a new nobody smiled it was as if nobody wanted to be there didn't get a very good vibe from the people in the place I'll give it another try and maybe I'll be able to up my stars but right now it's only store and I'll recommend what someone else said here really instead of having cold bread maybe invest in some toasters some people like toasted sandwiches
They finally got a JJ close to my house in Temple. Friendly staff. Clean store. Good food. Freaky fast!!

I've always been a fan of the food quality at Jimmy John's. The fast casual restaurant design turned out really nice. I've been here a few times since opening (both drive-thru and in-store) and the staff is always friendly and on-point. This is a nice addition to the Temple food scene!

My first time trying Jimmy John's. Was not impressed. No hot sandwiches? Was looking forward to a Philly and they don't even over one. Couldn't understand the guy taking our order, orders were wrong so they gave us a "free" sandwich which was actually one of the sandwiches we actually ordered. The music was blaring and not what most would want to listen to while eating. They kept yelling behind the counter. Won't go to any Jimmy John's again. Just not good.
